This company did a very good job removing a half dead mulberry tree from our backyard. As soon as they arrived they let me know they were there to remove the tree and they worked diligently cutting and removing the debris as they worked. Before I knew it they were done that huge tree was gone, the front and back was cleaned up and we were impressed at how well they worked and got the job done! Definitely would recommend them to anyone having a need for the services that they provide.

Scary, huge, hanging dogwood and silver maple branches in the backyard - GONE! Too-tall evergreen that had become an elevator to my attic for neighborhood squirrels -- GONE!

Top notch work team, customer focus and execution of promised work. Mr. Mercado came right out after setting up a time, gave me an honest and prompt quote, then delivered that quote in writing online. I could sign the contract online, too, A variety of payment methods were offered and at an extremely reasonable price, too!

The work crew arrived on time, were friendly and personable and worked hard throughout. Before they left they cleaned-up both work sites beautifully.

I couldn't be happier. Will definitely hire again, (even gave me a coupon)!.

Can't give a review on the actual services offered since I was never able to reach them or schedule a time for an estimate. Contacted them via their website and then attempted to reach them numerous times by phone. I called and left voicemail's (over several days) but they don't seem to be interested in returning my calls.

Update: After posting this review, Sandra called me to schedule an estimate. We agreed on a date and time. On the day off, no word from them. My wife worked from home to show them what work needed to be done. About 30 minutes before the appointment, I called them. I am fairly certain they completely forgot about the appointment and then made up an excuse about the contractor having a “medical emergency”
. I was initially informed the owner would be stopping by for the estimate. In any event, if there was a medical emergency, I wish the contractor the very best. However, I still think it was completely unprofessional for them not to inform us of a change in scheduling as we had made accommodations to ensure we would be at home for this estimate. We will not be using this service and they really missed out as we were prepared to spend a lot of money on tree trimming, tree removal and landscaping services.

Mercado's was extremely responsive and arrived early to the job. They removed a 60 ft tree from a backyard patio, where there wasn't easy access. They safely removed the tree, including all the logs and branches and even ground the stump, all in less than 3 hours. They also were kind enough to clean the debris from the patio before leaving. The crew was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I needed a large tree removed from my front yard. I normally only get about 3 estimates for a project, but decided to get 5. They gave me an estimate that was HALF of the other 4. I was hesitant to use them because they were so much cheaper, but went with them anyway. Thank goodness I did. The guys arrived on time and were extremely nice and professional. The tree and stump were completely gone within 90 minutes. They did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a wonderful job on our backyard/patio. We got tiling/brick installed, and an artificial turf area for our dog. Also had a gate installed in our fence as well.

Mercado’s was very communicative throughout the entire process. There were some delays due to heavy rains and weather, but that is out of their control. Very reasonable pricing, and great quality. I would definitely hire them again for future renovations and landscaping. Thanks!

My neighbors and I have tried for YEARS to get a company to trim the Mulberry tree in our alley way. Mercados came through by providing a very reasonable price, had the job done quickly, and they cleaned up all of the evidence. Very very satisfied! Highly recommended 🙌🏽

JG Landscaping showed up on the exact day they said they would. They charged a fair price to remove an extremely large white pine that had already lost some very large limbs and was dangerous. Nothing surrounding the tree was touched. Great job
