He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and now everything is running perfectly. If you need appliance repair, this is the company to call. Ask for John!

Our freezer stopped working this past weekend and we wanted to get it fixed as quickly as possible before the stuff got bad luckily we were able to get it done thanks to John! It only took him 35 minutes to figure out what was wrong and got it done in less than an hour. I’d highly recommend him! 👍🏼👍🏼

I highly recommend this guy's for washing machine repair. They were punctually, fast, polite and accurately diagnosed the leak and noise with my whirlpool washing machine. The price was fair and reasonable and the repair was done efficiently.

I called Restart Appliance Repair and spoke to Mariia this morning, Tuesday, January 28. Mariia answered the phone immediately. I explained what was going on with my refrigerator. Mariia was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was even able to get a technician to come out today. Bek, the technician, arrived a little bit early, which I actually appreciated. I loved that he had booties all already to be put on his feet without me asking. He got right to work and carefully examined my refrigerator. After looking everything over Bek told me the dreaded news: I had a bad compressor. He explained what the function of the compressor is and how to tell if it's working well. I was very impressed with this company, from start to finish. Mariia was absolutely awesome! She made a great first impression, which is something that helps me choose a company. Bek was just as awesome! He was timely in his arrival and thorough in his diagnosis. I would highly recommend using this company for any appliance repair. They are friendly, reliable, cost effective, and great to work with. Please give them a chance. You will not be sorry.

I highly recommend this company. They were very nice! My reapir guy Bek did a very nice job installing a garbage disposal. He was great!! I think the price was reasonable also. I will definitely call them again for any repairs or installations in the future.

Our technician (Bek) arrived promptly, knew what he was doing and fixed our dishwasher in a short time. He had to return with a part to complete the job, and both days he texted ahead to let us know he was coming and came promptly. We would not hesitate to call again with appliance repair needs.

My freezer stopped working. Called Restart Appliance Repair on Wednesday night and Bek was at my home on Thursday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and was back at my home on Friday afternoon. He is a meticulous technician and worked on my freezer with great skill. It works perfectly!! I cannot recommend Bek and Restart Appliance Repair enough..they are absolutely the best in all of Pittsburgh.

They did a great job with repairing my washer it was a little more complex but he got it working better than when it was new.

We had issues with our dryer and the tech was able to come on short notice and fix it very quickly and for a fair price! A few weeks later our washer broke and he was able to come back again on short notice and was able to repair it so we didn't have to purchase a new one! He is very thorough and does great work! Highly recommend this company for your appliance needs!
