I chose RESTART Appliance repair because of the Google reviews and was not disappointed. Bek was knowledgable and explained plainly what needed to be done. I highly recommend their service.

I needed my dryer fixed and the tech was able to come out the next day. He got the repair done quickly and with ease. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Other places I reached out to beforehand didn’t even return my messages. But this company returned my call in a timely manner.

Your service man Bek was excellent! He was on time/did a complete diagnosis/ found the problem/ explained what was the issue and corrected it so our refrigerator is again working perfectly! Everyone is right on about Bek. He fixed my dryer twice, cleaned out the entire inside, cleaned out the outdoor vent (he basically had to climb up a wall to get there, took pictures to show me all the stuff that fills up the vent). It could have caused a fire. But the best thing was Bek himself. He is a gentlemen, knowledgeable, explained what he would do and the cost before starting. He was organized and cared about fixing my dryer. I have never seen a repairman so neatly dressed and organized. He was very sweet. Please don't ever go out of business!!!!!

Customers Beware!
I hate to be the bearer of BAD news but Bek tried to SCAM me! I hired Restart Appliance to repair my Ice Maker, I was charged $369 for a service call, diagnostic and water value repair. I was told to keep an eye on the ice maker and to let him know if the ice maker was working properly tomorrow. Of course, tomorrow comes and the ice maker isn't producing any ice. So I was told by Bek that I would have to pay another $334 for a new ice maker and another labor charge. I told Bek I hired him yesterday to diagnose and fix the problem, & not charge me again for labor when it should be covered. I offered to pay for the new ice maker and no labor but he insisted that he could not return unless I agreed to $334. I told him I could purchase a new frig for what I am paying to fix an ice maker. So I refused & contacted another appliance repair and found out that the Ice Maker was TURNED OFF, that's the reason it wasn't working. So Bek was going to come back and replace a WORKING ice maker and SCAM me out of $334 more dollars. What a crook!!! All I can say, is CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF SCAM COMPANIES such as Restart Appliance!!!!

Response to Owner: if this is what you were told by the technician, Bek then he is playing you for a fool. What I wrote in my review is exactly what happened, not as you described it at all.
I was being SCAMMED by Restart Appliance and that was confirmed by the next Appliance Repair Company I hired to fix the problem. Only to find that the so called broken ice maker worked, it was turned off by Bek so that he could come back & replace a working ice maker.
And I consequently was being scammed out of another $334 to fix an ‘unbroken’ ice maker. Companies like yourself need to be uncovered so innocent hardworking people aren’t taken advantage off. Like I said ‘customers beware’!

Great service. Bek was able to get my refrigerator and dishwasher repair scheduled quickly, was on time, and was very professional. He had to order parts but was able to get them over the weekend and fixed the appliances on Monday in about an hour. I would definitely recommend

Bek repaired our dryer, quickly and efficiently. He had the part on hand and our dryer was working in no time. Getting on the schedule was quick too. He also diagnosed an issue with my dishwasher. He fixed that issue but found another in the meantime. We do have to replace that now, but at least we know what’s wrong so we don’t put any more money into it! Bek was very professional and even tolerated my dog checking him out. :) I definitely recommend their services.

Bek was the perfect fit. Before you decide to buy a new dryer and pay for the peripherals and dump the dryer into the environment, consider having Bek come fix it for you. He is excellent and reasonably priced, as in much better than buying a new dryer.

Could not be happier with Bek! He was able to get us on his schedule very quickly. As soon as he heard the sound our dryer was making he knew what the problem was (the rollers had gone bad), and he was able to fix it for us same day. He was very kind and explained everything to me. He also took photos to make sure I understood the problem and the necessary repair. Very reasonably priced, and gave recommendations on how to keep our rollers intact longer in the future.

Technician was great! Arrived on time, gave me previous notification of the ETA. Explained step-by-step the repair and what I am likely to experience in the future with my machine.
