Worst service ever. Repairman charged me for a bad outlet which isn't bad. Then when the stove stop working again, I had to trouble shoot the issue for him. He then wanted to charge me another trip charge to fix my stove. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We have used Dennis who owns the Appliance Service Center for close to 20 years and have never been disappointed. Whatever the problem is Dennis can fix it and the service is always prompt and the fee is very reasonable. My subzero fridge stopped working after a power outage on a Friday, I left a message on the weekend and I got a call back early Monday morning with a visit that day and a new part replaced the next day. I cannot say how thankful I am and highly recommend them for all your appliance needs!!

The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going wrong with our washer. He was here when he said he was going to be. We will definitely will use them again if needed.

Fixed a problem with my oven (ignitor). Great service and highly recommendable. If there was one thing I would change it is scheduling the service call. Rather than having to wait around all day for a call that they are one their way, simply give a time window. I'm not asking for a specific time slot, even morning or afternoon would work.

The gentleman who came was very polite and pleasant. He was right on time. Even though it was bad news about my washer I would definitely use them again.

Great company to work with, from making the appointment to the technician that fixed our washing machine. They were all friendly, efficient and professional. I felt the cost was reasonable as well. Very satisfied with the experience overall.

Setting up the appointment was easy and the person who took my call was so pleasant, friendly and personable. The appointment was set for only 2 days later (compared to Sears whose first available was 10 days later). Service was completed in 20 minutes, VERY reasonable cost, and the tech was knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. I will DEFINITELY call them again and cannot say enough good things about them. HIGHLY recommend!!

Excellent customer service. Needed help with our gas oven, wasn’t originally able to get us in for about a week or so and provided other options for service. Followed up later in the day to see if we were able to find someone and was able to book us the next day due to a cancellation. The care of following up and making sure we were getting service we needed exceeded my expectations and could not be more pleased with the commitment to helping and fixing our issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Great service! We received same-day service for an emergency call on our refrigerator. We were extremely happy to have the problem fixed on the same day for a reasonable amount. The technician was skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the great job!

First, making the appointment was very easy and the scheduler was quite helpful and friendly. Second, the service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he replaced the ignitor in our Bosch oven. We highly recommend the Appliance Service Center.

Appliance Service Center was able to accommodate my appliance needs the same day that I called! They fixed the freezer door handle on my refrigerator plus did some minor work on my stove. Both appliances look brand new! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. I’m happy. Would highly recommend.

Appliance Service Center response and service was fantastic. My refrigerator quit working, so I called Appliance Service Center. The friendly service technician came and diagnosed the problem and needed to order two parts for the repair. The parts came in quickly and the service technician returned and got the refrigerator running back to the way it should. Life is good again, thanks to Appliance Service Center.

Called for warranty service on my new Bosch dishwasher. The latch was defective and the technician replaced it quickly and courteously. Beyond that, he was very flexible coming by after I had missed my initial appointment first thing in the morning. Having an appliance break is never a pleasant experience, especially if its brand new, but I won’t hesitate to call again with any issues I have in the future.

Appliance Service Center was very helpful for fixing our Bosch dishwasher. When another company never returned or answered my call, Debbie and Dennis were very helpful and efficient in ordering my part and installing it. Would highly recommend for any appliance service.

This is our second appliance service call. Appliance Service Center has been really awesome to work with. Dennis and Debbie are very experienced in this area, knowledge in a wide range of appliances -- our two calls are for a Bosch fridge and a Samsung gas dryer. Booking a service is quick, even on the coldest of days, and cost reasonable. Dennis knows exactly what is wrong and his advice we take as gospel for either (a) replacing a goner appliance or (b) preventative maintenance to extend the life of our appliance. Thank you!

We now have ice cubes thanks to Dennis. He was prompt, polite and very efficient, also kudos to his wife for being so understanding to our dilemma.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly for my dishwasher repair. Dennis arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He resolved the issue and was very friendly and informative. I will use Appliance Service Center again in the future for sure.

Bought a new Bosch oven, was having issues with my warming drawer. Bosch recommended the Appliance Service Center. I contacted them and explained my issues I was having. They set up an appointment & after hearing my complaints knew what part to order. Dennis H came out and repaired my oven. He was super efficient and worked with my early am time request. It’s hard to find good workers , was happy to hear that they do work on ALL Major appliances. I’d highly recommend them. Hopefully I won’t need a repair man any time soon , but if so I know who to call!
