Outstanding! I called to schedule the appointment for repair of a 30 year old Maytag dryer. I was given clear expectations from the onsite as well as follow up calls to ensure we were still on leading up to the service window. Then I got a call the day before giving me the exact time Dennis would show up. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within a half hour.

Dennis and Deb are two of the most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate people you'll ever meet. They spend time thoroughly reviewing the issue and make sure the customer is 100% happy with their service -providing us with education on proper installation, maintenance, and repairs. Dennis is extremely helpful, handling every question we had with patience and respect. They have an A+ on the BBB (with no complaints) which compliments their A+ attention to detail in getting the job done right the first time.
