Scheduling was easy and Bek arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator damper and also identified two slightly damaged door seals. Bek provided multiple repair quotes and there was no pressure to repair. The damper definitely needed replaced and we decided to change door seals as well. Bek ordered the parts and arrived on time the scheduled repair day. He was very respectful of our home and wore booty covers over his shoes on both visits. Bek is the man! He repaired my oven and freezer in one visit. Not only did he do a great job repairing them, but he also talked me through everything that was going on. Bek showed up promptly and thoroughly communicated the issue along with his recommendation for repair, which were reasonably priced. Originally, he was estimating 3 days for the replacement parts to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text from him the next day, informing me he had the parts on hand and could be at my house within 1 hour. I would recommend this place & their service to anyone!

Bek was amazing. He was so polite and wonderful. He only charged a small amount to fix my WHOLE dishwasher from the 1960s. He was professional, nice, and the got the job done quickly and effieciently and even cleaned after my dishwasher flooded everywhere. As you can see from the picture my dishwasher is draining finally! Amazing service. I will only be using restart appliances from here on out!

My dryer recently broke and after having horrible experiences with insurance companies I decided to look for a repair service instead. This business is incredible!! I called at 10am and they had someone at my house the same day by noon!! Beck was my service technician and he was fantastic!! He went above and beyond by not just fixing the broken part but also cleaning out the dryer. He even gave me some advice on how to best care for my new washer. I'll definitely be using this business again and specifically asking for Beck!!

Fantastic service! Hands down the best appliance service tech in Pittsburgh. Bek initially came in the morning to diagnose a faulty water pump. Just a few hours later, he returned with the part and the work was done within an hour! Highly recommend for anyone needed appliance service.

Called to have them fix a dishwasher. Difficult to understand the service man. He made a diagnosis, but wasn't convincing. I purchased the part he recommended and installed on my own. Still had the problem. I researched youtube, changed a different part and it works. Sadly this company was a waste of my money :(

I called and received an appointment within 48 hours (my request). Bek was amazing. Such a kind soul. He explained what he feared was wrong with my dryer and gave me his best advice for a course of action. We noticed our LG refrigerator started
“acting up/no cooling” quite possibly one week ago when we had a surge in power, The refrigerator is within a three-year warranty we purchased from Home Depot less than three years ago, purchased that right after a family member was in the hospital and we couldn’t locate the records for the warranty. Since the receipts are not collated on my credit card and Home Depot will not process the request over the phone I had to go back-and-forth to Home Depot multiple times and they said their credit card purchase for warranty did not go back to 2017... At which point they said I would have to contact corporate:(

Later that day, I called the The Appliance Servicecenter last night, I found them on Lg‘s website, they are listed as a perfered certified repair center for Lg, left them a message and I was called first thing in the morning at 8am. The repair technician called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. After looking at numerous YouTube videos I had an idea that it may be the compressor, very bad reviews, the technician Mike confirm this information, he took photographs of the model number/serial number made a copy of my receipts And behind the scenes he and Debbie started the process of contacting Lg with all this information in hopes that they would cover me without a warranty. Normally this process takes five days+, but they contacted Lg immediately That same day & located the compressor,Instead of waiting five days to order, and now they are scheduled to come tomorrow morning to install the compressor. While this was going on I was still trying to fight Home Depot to find The warranty that was lost in their cloud! Debbie must have mental telepathy; she called me ASAP and told me not to worry about Home Depot’s warranty! Sigh of reliefx10...
I have since recommended them to a neighbor and I will continue this post once they fix the refrigerator tomorrow they also said that Lg was going to give me an additional five year warranty! We were seriously considering buying a new refrigerator after purchasing this one for over $2000.

This company is very much a small family company that is based on relationships and problem-solving they are a true diamond in the Ruff.I will update this post accordingly
after they install the condenser tomorrow.

This Service technician is wonderful ! He worked nonstop . He took time to explain the cause and completed problem solving of trouble; he took time to repair the problem ( oven) and explained what to expect next . Excellent service , professionalism, plus personal attention, knowledge annd experience with product and consumer. He actually cared about fixing my oven and electric range . I can’t say enough good things about this visit .

Technician called before and was on time. He was able to detect the issue of why the clothes washer was leaking water. He advised that repair would be temporary and should buy a new washer. Also recommended buying the washer over Memorial Day weekend when Big Box Stores will have low prices. Very helpful!!

Assigned technician and office staff were appropriate, pleasant to deal with, and responsive. Some snafus with scheduling site visits, but nothing out of the ordinary for such companies. This complaint is posted to note the lack of professionalism and respect exhibited by the owner of the company. Upon learning after second home visit from the technician that this potential repair would involve disassembly of a unit due to a former custom installation, the owner immediately called us and shouted into the phone that he was refunding our service call payment because "This is more trouble than it's worth!" and that "I am walking away from this job!" Curtly stated that "you aren't paying" for the part that had been ordered but not installed, without being given the opportunity to even ask if that part could be paid for so that we could approach another company to do the repair. Owner spoke rapidly and with great irritation. While we certainly recognize that the complicated nature of this repair was not something this company wished to assume, we did nothing to merit a dismissive and rude response except, apparently, have a complicated repair situation. Cannot recommend this company.
