I had a great experience with YinzerFix Appliance Repair! I called on a Tuesday to explain the issues with my refrigerator and stove, and they were able to schedule me for a repair just two days later on Thursday. I was told I’d get a call 30 minutes before arrival—and unlike many other companies, they actually followed through with that courtesy call, which I really appreciated.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, and completed the repairs efficiently. Both appliances are now working perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the level of professionalism and responsiveness was top-notch.

I called Tuesday morning because my Samsung dishwasher was leaking from underneath the unit, even though I had it unplugged.
They responded that morning and came to look at it that day…WOW!!
He ordered the part, called me Thursday night stating the part was in, and came Saturday and fixed the dishwasher.
No more leak .
The price was reasonably, especially for the fast response.
Very professional and kind.
I will definitely use them in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an appliance repair.

YinzerFix was great! Fast and professional service. Not only they replaced they broken circuit board in our dryer that was making it overheat, they also inspected the whole unit and found that because the dryer had been overheating, the heating element was burnt, which is a fire hazard. They replaced it too and now the dryer works like it's brand new. And our dog loved him. Couldn't be happier!

Orik was great. Our fridge had a defrost issue, and he was responsive and clear from the jump. Rashid was wonderful — knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my freezer issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. While the repair was being tested, he noticed that the handle on my front glass storm door was broken. Even though it wasn’t part of the job, he took the time (using his own tools) to fully fix it for free! That kind of kindness and attention to detail is rare these days. We noticed our Samsung oven was taking forever to heat up for a few weeks and then finally had our bake igniter fail completely and the oven couldn’t get to temp at all. We called YinzerFix that night around 8:30 pm and I was shocked when someone actually picked up (it was the owner). He was able to schedule an appt for us next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, talked me through the fix and cost, and was able to repair the part same day. I thought I was going to be without my oven for weeks, but YinzerFix had it repaired in an hour. Super responsive company that stands behind their work product. Will call them again with other appliance needs.

YinzerFix did an excellent job repairing our dryer. We had several issues with bad heat sensor, igniter, and rollers. All were repaired without issue and they even switched the door around for more convenient loading. Would definitely use their service again.

YinzerFix repaired my broken Wolf range and did a great job! After agreeing to a price and having the manager order parts, Wolf agreed to send me the parts for free. YinzerFix agreed to cancel the ordered parts and just charge for labor, refunding me the difference as l had paid half the full cost of the repairs. I appreciate that they worked with me on this. Work was done as soon as parts were in. Scheduling the initial visit was easy and the first visit price is reasonable compared to other local firms.
