They showed up only one day after we called and were able to fix the dryer in one visit. Thank goodness bc we all know how much laundry can accumulate if you dont keep up with it

We had an appointment the very next day and our tech was super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had the part we needed with him and our dishwasher was up and running again in no time.

Called for dryer not working. Tech arrived same day. Was friendly. It didn't take him long to figure out that the outlet was not getting power. So needed an electrician. It was a good experience.

Seemed a bit pricey for just replacing drain pump which costs about $50 but they did come out same day on a Saturday. So the cost was for the technicians time and expertise. I couldn't have diagnosed or fixed on my own.

Great service and communication. I was able to get same day diagnosis and repair (with warranty after) without any significant re-arrangements to my schedule. Will definitely use again for other appliance issues should they arise.

Sent a technician who had no idea what to do (he brought no tools). He kept opening and closing the dishwasher and looking at his phone. Eventually, he recommended I buy a new one. Then charged $99 for showing up. I hired someone else, and they fixed it. This company also offers to refund you $15 if you give them 5 stars. Don't trust these reviews.

Had them work in a deli slicer...they were there fast and repaired fast. So far been a great experience and no hassles with the return repair order at no cost. Can't give 5 stars as my slicer wasnt 100% fixed but its is wayyyyy better than before I called for service.

Recently bough three Wolf Fryers from Allegheny Refrigeration in May. Since then I’ve had 5 service calls through Hobart service. The last call was denied even though the equipment was under warranty. Typically it takes them about a week to come out, so response time isn’t the best. On my most recent call Caroline from service mentioned my equipment was out of the 1 year warranty. I’ve included my purchase order from Allegheny Refrigeration. Either way constant problems, slow response time, and a rigid and inaccurate customer service policy that fails to save future customers by addressing faulty equipment. Luckily the owner at Allegheny Refrigeration is replacing them, but don’t expect much from Hobart.

Alex did a great job diagnosing and repairing my microwave and ice maker. Prompt and good communication too. Highly recommend

Alex was phenomenal, he was very kind and respectful, he put booties over his shoes before entering every time, he worked with me and my hectic schedule and rescheduled me without any hassle. 10/10 would recommend him to anybody in need of appliance repair. He was also excellent with my dog!

Contacted him on a Friday evening about a dryer issue, he responded quickly and came out the following Monday at the time he said he would. He diagnosed the issue quickly, quoted a reasonable price, and was done with the repair in under half an hour. Dryer good as new!

Yinzer Fix was so quick to reach out and give me an appointment on a damn time that was convenient for me. Ramin came to my house, diagnosed my broken garbage disposal, And replaced it on the spot. It was all done under an hour at a great price! I appreciate such great service and will definitely be back in the future!
