Excellent service by ultra fix appliance repair. The first time Ali came out, he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. It only took a few days for the parts to come in. They were extremely prompt coming back right in the time limit that was posted and the washer was fixed within 45 minutes. I would use them again. They were excellent and I thought the price was very reasonable.
And Ali was a very professional and efficient repairman. I would like him to come again if we have other problems.

Emil was very kind, pleasant and professional. Communication was great, he let us know that he was delayed a bit at a previous appointment, so he was running a little behind schedule. He let us know when he was headed to our home, arrived soon after, repaired dryer promptly and all is well with in our laundry room again!!

I don’t typically post reviews, but Ultra Fix - and Paul specifically- were truly amazing. Our oven (a Bertazzoni) wouldn’t heat above 300 the week before Christmas. I called UltraFix because of their excellent reviews and I was so impressed. Scheduling was super simple and they came quickly, Paul was courteous and diagnosed the problem right away. They ordered the part, notified me of its arrival via text, and I was able to click a link to schedule installation the next day! Paul was professional and highly knowledgeable. I’ll be calling them for all appliance repair needs from now on.

Farid did a great job! He identified the problem quickly, explained the issue, allowed me to research a new unit and talk to my husband to make a decision. He had the part, quickly changed it and left the area clean. I even was able to see the burnt heating element and discuss it with him. I will refer him to others.

Alex, our repairman, was very professional, courteous, and honest. He took the time to explain the repairs that would be needed for our dishwasher and showed us the costs for the replacement parts. Although we opted not to have our current dishwasher repaired due to the expense almost being as much as a new dishwasher, we would not hesitate to call UltraFix in the future. I highly recommend them and specifically Alex.

Called at 8am and was immediately set with a appointment for between 12pm and 3 pm. I was kept posted via text to the arrival of Rufat. I was informed of a delay, but he still arrived been 12-3 getting here at 245pm.

Rurat was professional and diagnosed the problem with my Whrllpool and completed the job quickly and effectively.

Paul was able to diagnose and fix our dryer within an hour. He was professional and courteous and will call again for any appliance issues!

The technician had to order a part but the part came the following day. He had a little difficulty putting the part in very cramped space but he got it in, tested it with success. He was pleasant and professional and respected my home by wearing disposable shoe covers and was careful not to damage surround cabinets. He swept out the space before replacing the dishwasher. The technician’s name was Rufat and was very good.

We had a very good experience with ultra fix. They answered the phone with a live person. They sent someone to our home that morning. Alex is the technician who assessed the problem with our dishwasher. He ordered the part and came back a few days later and installed the new part. The dishwasher is back in action.

Ultrafix - Emil came to our house because of a dishwasher problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem was a pump. He ordered it that day. The replacement part came in damaged and needed to be reordered. Two days later after 10 minutes of service the dishwasher was fixed. Emil is very knowledgeable and neat in his work. He was a very nice person and we enjoyed having a small conversation with him. I would recommend Emil because of his promptness and mechanical knowledge. Thank you

Rufat was the best technician! He was friendly and so sweet to our dogs that were very curious about his work. He did everything quickly, cleaned up after, and double checked that our dishwasher was working before he left. I would recommend him to anyone!

Another repair service cancelled around 4pm so I called UltraFix. They scheduled the dryer repair for that evening. Emil was excellent! He quickly identified the problems, gave me a reasonable price, and was thorough and professional. He had all the parts in his truck and we had a nice conversation as he fixed the machine. Super happy with the entire experience.
