Emil was very good at diagnosing the issue. He was thorough, polite and patient. His first visit was later the same day that I called to set up an appointment to see what was wrong with my washing machine. He told me what he thought the problem was and said he needed to order the part. I gave him 1/2 down and he said they would notify me when the part came in to replace the old part. Within a week, I was notified and set up another appointment. When he returned, Emil was on time and efficient. He replaced the part and I have had no issues with the washer since. I would recommend this company and would ask for Emil again if I should have any washing machine issues. He was hardworking, knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciated the care, the time Emil took and his answers to all my questions.

UltraFix response was beyond my expectation. I called for service and Alex was at my home the next day. After trouble shooting the problem with our refrigerator he ordered the part immediately. He indicated that the part would take 3 to 4 days to receive. Surprisingly it took only 2 days. Alex returned to our home installed the part and resolved the problem.

Alex was very prompt, courteous and friendly in his approach.

Overall good experience. Quick repair time, Emil was very professional. I did have to follow up with the part that was being ordered as it was delayed, but other than that I would recommend them as a quick and seamless appliance repair company.

I will definitely be using Ultra Fix again. My dryer broke and they came out first thing that day. Alex was very nice, professional, and knew what he was doing. He also went above and beyond and cleaned the area after.

I really don't know where all the 5 stars come from? To begin, it is difficult to understand the service tech. I had to explain the problem a few times, since he could not understand me. I did most of the work (removed and reinstalled the microwave). The work was incomplete. Along with installing a new component (that I purchased myself) asked to have a wire repaired. It was obvious he didn't know what to do and he just "shoved" it in the bracket. I was suspicious of that technique, but I'm not the repair person. Needless to say, after he left the microwave works, but the oven does not now. That wire he "shoved" into place fell out. I would call them back, but there is 0 confidence they know what they are doing.

We had recently bought our new house and inherited a fridge and freezer that suddenly began leaking a few weeks after the move. We decided to try getting it repaired rather than going straight to replacement - I called UltraFix based off of the many positive Google reviews and I'm so glad that I did. A technician was scheduled promptly via phone, and Rufat came the next day. He was efficient, clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and very kind. He diagnosed the issue quite quickly and we only paid around $300 rather than the $700-1,200 we would've had to spend for a new unit. He even cleaned up the floor after he was finished, which is a consideration that not every technician takes. On top of his excellent service on the day or the repair itself, he came back the following day to help us replace the rolling shelves inside the freezer (he had offered to do it on the day he did the work, but we foolishly declined because we didn't think it would be complicated). He graciously worked us into his busy day for such an embarrassingly minor thing. Any time we need help with any of our appliances, we will not hesitate to call UltraFix again. This was my first experience with UltraFix and they will always be my first call from now on. It was
one of the easiest and most efficient appliance repairs and repair process I have ever experienced. They had immediate availability, came, assessed quickly, ordered parts that were needed and were back within a week to finish the repair. The communication and scheduling process is also very easy and i was able to schedule my own repair time and date online once they notified me the part came in. While in my home, they fixed the problem efficiently, but furthermore, were kind, friendly, and also tidy while working and cleaned up, which is very much appreciated. Highly reccomend!

Jumshud (a/k/a John), the technician sent by UltraFix Appliance Repair, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about our Whirlpool dryer, efficiently found the source of the problem, and corrected it without wasting time. He also cleaned lint from the dryer unit to improve its efficiency and made sure that his work area was clean before he left. To top it off, Jumshud was very polite, mannerly, and respectful.

In summary, Jumshud did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to request him, specifically, if I ever am in need of appliance repair.

First experience with this company today was great. My dryer stopped heating up last week so my clothes wouldn't dry at all any longer. I called this morning to ask when I could get an appt and was told someone could be at my house this afternoon already! My technician Elmir showed up to my house on time, was very nice and knowledgeable, fixed my dryer and thoroughly cleaned it out for me in a very efficient amount of time. I was impressed. I haven't tried my dryer yet but he tested it for me and let me feel the heat to verify he fixed it correctly. So I would recommend this company to anyone who has dryer issues!

Rufat and Jon were wonderful workers, but even more importantly, wonderful people. They came on a snowy Friday evening, and they were so personable and kind. After working 12 hours all day, they still had energy to fix my dryer, which ran like new, and they fixed it in less than an hour. I never leave reviews, but these two gentlemen were amazing!

I was impressed with the response time from when I called and a repair technician was at my door to evaluate my clothes dryer for repair. Jumshud the technician was very polite and friendly and he had the problem diagnosed quickly and accurately. He knew exactly what he was doing and kept me informed of what he was doing and cleaned the dryer with a vacuum cleaner. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. Alex was great!! He was very professional and very friendly upon arrival. He did both my service repair call and the installation of the new part for my washing machine. Paul did a great job! Showed up on the double! Another repair Company could not get to me until late tomorrow, by which time I think something would have been irreparable. It was loud and crazy noise. Paul was quick and efficient and the price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend this firm.

Ali from Ultra Fix came out the same day to evaluate my washer which was not spinning He was very professional and thoroughly assessed my machine. He provided a written estimate right then for me to submit to my appliance insurance company to get a determination if they would fix or replace my machine. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the machine. He also wore shoe covers to come into my residence which I thought was very nice of him to do. I would use him again for appliance repair.

Elmir P. was my service technician. He was on time, professional, and did exceptional work. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend him. The price was very reasonable. In my opinion, when you call them, they will get back to you in record time.
