He then returned Sunday with the parts and extra guy to move everything properly. I had an excellent experience with Yinzer Repair. The team they sent to repair my oven came out quickly and promptly in the day I requested.
Their specialist found the problem and breaks with my oven and then took the time to show me where they were, what typically causes the wear and tear/breaks, and what to look out for after the repairs.
They gave a good and reasonable estimate immediately and were able to repair same day.
I would recommend Yinzer and the team I had. If I have appliance issues in the future, I will definitely be returning for service.

Great company. Rashid was very nice and laid out the options for buying a part vs replacing the appliance. Even showed me specific replacement options he’d recommend if we went that route. We ended up replacing the part but the manufacturer sent the wrong part so he ended up coming out three times, but didn’t charge us any more than what he’d quoted originally. We now have another appliance not working and already have them scheduled to come back (on Christmas Eve)! Highly recommend!!

Rashid was a stud. Took care of the microwave on our Samsung double oven. Unsolicited product information for everyone to follow. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a Samsung anything if it isn't a TV. Fridge was unable to be fixed within a month of buying it after several attempts through Samsung. The front loader washer took a dump in 5 years, just after warranty expired. Anyhoo, Yinzer Fix and Rashid took care of the microwave. Thanks boys.

I noticed an issue with my gas oven just last night, and less than 24 hours later it's working again thanks to YinzerFix. They had a very quick turnaround for scheduling and completed the work for a good price. They were also friendly and professional. I will absolutely use them again!

After waiting more than two days to hear back from the first service technician I called and emailed, I contacted YizerFix through their website. I got a return call in an hour and an offer for an appointment the very next day. That appointment wasn't convenient for me, so they offered the next day - a Saturday. Rashid the technician showed up on time in the appointment window with his helper. He was able to diagnose the problem I was having with my Kenmore refrigerator. He ordered the replacement part and said he'd be in touch to schedule the repair. The part arrived 5 days later and he came out to my house in the evening to replace the LED light fixture. It may be my imagination after living with no lights in the fridge for a week, but the new light seems brighter than the original. I was very pleased with the cost of the repair. Rashid the service tech could not have been nicer. He was respectful and pleasant. He did a great job. Would recommend!
