Bronson Roofing provided me with a very competitive bid for my whole roof after recent storm damage. Gary Bronson also suggested excellent advice to make the new roof better than the previous one, by additionally adding intake vents. I had received three other roofing bids, and Bronson was the best bid with equal quality materials to be used, plus the others never mentioned the importance of adding intake vents. Bronson also answered all questions/concerns immediately that I had prior to making the decision. Once we narrowed our shingle color choice down to three, Gary stopped by with actual shingles of those three colors to help make the final choice.

Work was completed in a timely manner; the crew was very friendly, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job! Very much with attention to detail. Clean-up was carried out throughout the roofing process and area was perfectly clean when they were finished.

Bronson Roofing did great work on a difficult job! The side porch roof on my house had failed because of age and installation flaws. Therefore it was more than a shingle replacement. I had a vent that was leaking . They came out and gave me an estimate. Three days later they were here . I called numerous roofing companies in the city ,they all gave me the run around . I guess the money was not enough for other companies to do the job . What a joke . Bronson roofing was by far the best service and experience I’ve ever gotten from any roofing company in Pittsburgh . It is very hard ,almost impossible to find honest hard working individuals in this day and age. I couldn’t be more happy . I got there business card on my fridge and it ain’t going nowhere and anyone I now that needs repair work or a new roof I’m recommending them.

Fantastic service. We were referred to them by people we trust. They were able to replace my entire roof in one day for a good price and did a high quality job. No fancy gimmicks (no drones or aggressive sales/marketing of solar-powered vents), just quality roofing work. Thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and the owner came by to take pictures for insurance purposes. The owner is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I would absolutely recommend Ram Jack. This was the company recommended to me by my structural engineer when the foundation on an addition began to fail. We got estimates from some of the bigger companies like Bakers and Keystone, and Ram Jack was less than half of those estimates. Bill was incredibly kind and helpful. There was a miscommunication about where some piers were supposed to go, and Bill remedied the issue, including adding in an extra one but still sticking with our initial estimate. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore, especially with such great prices. They were also super generous to rip out a few nearby bushes with their machinery while they were there which saved us hours of manual labor in our garden. No frills, no fancy PowerPoint presentation that the expensive companies tried to win me over with. They just came, did a good job and left. Also didn’t have to deal with the up charges of them repairing the yard, which they were upfront about in the contract, but I have no problem putting down some grass seed myself without any up charges. 1000 stars

First day was a little tough, but they came back and made it right. I have a feeling they lost some money on my job, but they did it for the agreed upon price, so they kept their word, which is rare. Would work with again.
