Had Ram Jack come out and and waterproof my basement and redo the cement work on my patio. I couldnt be happier with the work and timely manner in which the work was complete. I would highly recommend their services as I will be using them for all future work.

I needed support columns replaced on twin beams in my livestock barn. I contacted Ram Jack . Their team evaluated my project and developed a solution for me. The workers sent on site to complete the project worked well together and communicated very well with me throughout the process. I was pleased with the the project result and my overall experience with Ram Jack Pittsburgh.

We faced a significant foundation issue and had to reconstruct the entire foundation of one of our houses. Fortunately, I discovered Ramjack of Pittsburgh and met Dan Palmer, the owner. Dan Palmer demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. Although the original estimate for rebuilding the foundation was costly, Dan managed to salvage part of the wall, which helped reduce expenses. His honesty and the pleasure of working with him make me highly recommend this company.

Chris Crowley couldn’t have been more helpful. As we discussed the settlement issues on my house, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with these matters. He gave excellent advice and was quite candid and honest about my options.

We had a beam rotted out in our storage room that is underneath our garage. Chris came out and was great. He spent almost 2 hours with my wife and I, explaining in great detail what our options would be and what they would do. Once we scheduled, I met Scott and his crew and in only one day, they had replaced our beam. I would recommend Ramjack to anyone. 10/10

I had 2 helical piers installed to fix the sinking footer that was under the concreate slab for my sunroom on the back of my house. Very pleased with how everything turned out. Scott and his crew were great. They got the job done in 1 day and cleaned up nicely. Also they had the best price compared to other local contractors in the area. I do recommend them.

Called a few outfits for foundation repair of the front stoop of my house in Pittsburgh. Ramjack were affordable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The completed the work in as timely a manner as possible. They did a good job of informing me of issues or concerns along the way and also managed to keep my landscaping in decent condition. Chris and the crew that performed the job were good to work with.

Don't waste your time contacting these guys. They sent Bill out to take a look at my project on March 13. Everything seemed great and this seemed to be a project in scope for this company. Bill told me to send some additional information to his email, which he would text to me right after the appointment. Never got a response, so I followed up Mar 19. Bill sent over his email address that night.

Then, the next day Mar 20, I sent a detailed email about my requirements for the project. I had not heard back by April 2, so I followed up, and Bill said "I thought you forgot about us." No, Bill, I did not forget about you, you forgot to reply to my email.

I ended up getting a quote on April 4, but what was quoted was missing significant portions of my request. I followed up that same night, requesting that the quote be expanded to the full list of my requests. No response until Apr15 when I followed up, and someone else (Dan Jr) called me asking what the problem was. I again restated my email that clearly defined the requirements for the project and how the estimate did not match. No response again. Followed up Apr 17. No response, so I followed up on Apr 21 when they told me they were going to pass.

If you want to waste over a month on a company that does not know how to communicate, give these guys a call.

From the first contact thru project completion the level of experience knowledge and communication was exemplary.

RamJack took on delays caused by utility companies or PennDot, change orders and additional work while onsite.

There were no shortcuts and they absolutely took on increasing levels of difficulty and got it done the right way, under budget & ion time.

Rick at Ram Jack was great! After getting the initial appointment set up, Rick solidly communicated about when things would happen (I had a jack beam installed with a 3'x3' footer) and the work looks great. Appreciate them!

Please don’t let the stars fool you, this is a POSITIVE REVIEW. I have to state it all s a positive review because this company took legal action (see Bowles and rice) against me for non payment for services rendered which resulted in me signing a paper that says I will remove negative review. So let me reiterate, this is a POSITIVE review.

Long story short, under contract to waterproof my basement and do a French drain and let’s say we had professional disagreements on the viability of the waterproofing being done, the extent of the scope completed, and probably most importantly which direction water flow, ie… with gravity (towards my house) or against gravity (away from my house).

Since I am compelled to remain positive in my review I will say I am putting my career in building waterproofing aside and defer to Ramjack as the experts.

They positively did work at my house that resulted in more water intrusion than ever. Thank you RamJack for your hard work and a special Thank you to Dan Palmer Jr for being a man of his word. I trust that all the promises made will eventually come true and I must remain positive and patient as I wait for several more months or years.

I say this with absolutely no sarcasm at all and must reiterate this is a very positive review and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about RamJack, there ability to produce an agreed upon scope of work, there abilities as waterproofers, and they would certainly never sue someone for payment on work that was not completed.

I am writing to inform everyone that Ram Jack Company is a wonderful company to have correct and repair any foundation problems that you may have. The workers came our home every day and on time and they are polite, friendly, courteous and very hard working with minimal breaks. They cleaned up the areas that they worked in and made it neat like they found it when they started the project. Russ had been in our neighborhood on another job and noticed our hail damage and stoped to look. My wife happened to be outside and he told her who he was and what he did. He told her that he works with your insurance company to repair any damage to your roof or to replace it if necessary. He told it would only cost our deductible and he was right. Russ's guys installed a hole new roof in one day and it only cost our insurance deductible. His guys did a fantastic job and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Russ.

Shark and his team/crew did an outstanding job with our roof, gutter and total facia replacement project. This team was extremely hard working, very pleasant, cleaned up completely after each day and did exceptional work.

I also must mention that we asked if they could change out 2 high flood lights (because they had the scaffolding up) and found out there was a yellow jack nest in one of the sockets. We told them not to replace and risk getting stung. We arrived home and it was fixed. Thank you, Joe, for going above and beyond to assist and that says a lot about the work and service that was completed.

I reached out to Shark last summer for a roof estimate. He was incredible thorough, taking lots of pictures and actually getting up on the roof. Even though the roof didn't need to be replaced just yet, I knew I would be using this company in the future. After the heavy rains this spring, it was time to call Shark who was there right away to update the estimate and get me on the schedule. He is very accessible through text and followed up on every question I had. Shark even helped me pick out a color! His crew was in and out in one day, cleaned everything up and was professional. I highly recommend this company! Very happy with my new roof!
