Shark and his crew were fantastic! It was a complicated project, with issues to resolve from a previous crew, and a lot of intricate details. They did a great job, in a timely fashion, and with impressive attention to detail. Also, when things didn’t go perfectly to plan they brought it right to our attention to discuss options. Would recommend them to anyone.

I liked the fact that they had plenty of manpower for the job, cleaned up the debris (even cleaned out my garage from storing materials) and got the job completed on time as promised. A+++

Apolinar Roofing did a terrific job of replacing long sections of rotted trim around the house and re-pointing areas near the chimney. We had had bees get into the house via gaps in brickwork in an area under the trim so it was important to fix this carefully. The job was done with great care and attention to detail. The areas that were repaired look great. The manager, Shark, pointed out a number of aspects of how they were doing the job that showed the care devoted to getting it right. Shark and his crew were a pleasure to work with and cleaned up very thoroughly when they were done.

We have subsequently had three large roofing jobs done by Apolinar Roofing on different parts of our house. Every one was done with the same great care and attention to detail and looked great when they were done. Shark made excellent suggestions on the work needed, noticing many small details that other roofers who if less careful would miss. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with and clean up well when done. We are very happy with their work and would use them again if needed.

Recently had gutter guards installed, along w/ some downspout updates, sealing, and a skylight leak check. The crew was punctual and efficient. Kept me informed & provided aerial shots of the roof. Very reasonable price for the work done. Would recommend them for roof work.

Long story short:
Over the past 20 years, I’ve had several contractors work on my house — and without any hesitation, I can say that Apolinar Roofing was the best of them all. Professional, efficient, and kind from start to finish.

Long story long:
After a storm damaged my roof — two shingles were blown off — I contacted Apolinar Roofing, thinking it would be a simple patch job. My roof was about 10 years old at the time. Apolinar offered to fix it for $350 but also pointed out that the roof was in poor overall condition and recommended a full replacement. Naturally, I panicked, expecting a huge expense.

But Apolinar immediately put me at ease. He told me not to worry — he would handle the negotiations with the insurance company on my behalf. And that’s exactly what he did, with complete professionalism. Thanks to his efforts, the insurance company covered the entire cost of a brand-new roof.

Not only did Apolinar go above and beyond, but the new roof is much better than the original ever was. I can hardly find the words to express how happy and impressed I am with the quality of the work and the integrity of the company.

Apolinar is a young company, although they have worked for years in roofing before going out on their own. Shark (owner) is very professional and really knows roofing! Cathy keeps the team on point and the customer updated with many photos of the progress of the job, and is always available to answer any questions. I was impressed with Apolinar on many levels, from estimate to completion. The photo timeline is really helpful, especially when customers are not home or climbing on their roof to inspect the progress. You can see the need for new decking wood, or other issues that are exposed right there in the photos. Most customers of other companies never get to see their original decking before the new underlayment is installed. I appreciated the daily communication via text about the job while I was at work. The worksite was cleaned of debris and nails daily, and on completion not a piece was visible anywhere. The end result was excellent, and I am very pleased with my new roof, gutters, and facia. I feel that Apolinar really goes above and beyond in small ways that mean a lot. I have no doubt that if I have a concern a year or two down the road, they will promptly address it. There’s a reason you will not find any negative reviews of Apolinar in the year they have been in business. They really ARE that good!

These guys are the absolute BEST in the city!!They repaired things that we couldn't even see, because they are the only company (and we had 3 estimates) that used a drone to capture the damage.
Shark and his crew did WAY more than even INKs or the other 2 companies that came out to look, and were less expensive than any of them!
