Daniel provided an assessment of a water leak through one of our windows. He determined that one of the culprits was the horrendous snowmaggedon storm we experienced causing excessive ice dams and snow accumulation which resulted in the back up, and ultimately the leak. Along with typical other causes, the water had nowhere else to go.
Dan was happy, kind, clean cut, took pride in his appearance, respectful, articulate, smiley, not pushy, comprehensive, and able to express the whole experience / appointment at a level of knowledge that I could understand. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

My husband and I recently had the siding on the back of our house completely redone, (old rotted wood from previous owners needed ripped out, tyvek and new siding needed placed, etc) and I am genuinely blown away by the level of excellence delivered. From the very first interaction to the final inspection, the professionalism, skill, and integrity shown throughout this project by Dan were unmatched. Every other quote we received all made it seem like this job was near impossible.

The craftsmanship is exceptional—every line is clean, every seam is precise, and the overall finish is beautiful. It’s clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work, because the attention to detail is something you just don’t see every day (especially this day and age).

Beyond the quality of the work itself, the service was phenomenal. Communication was consistent and transparent; I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Dan showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area neat and organized throughout the process. (Poor guy even worked in the cold rain).

The end result exceeded every expectation my husband and I had. The back of my house looks completely transformed—fresh, pristine, and built to last. We’ve already received compliments from neighbors and family, and I find myself admiring the work every time I walk out there.

It’s not often you come across a team that combines high-level skill with genuine professionalism and honesty. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing siding work or any type of exterior project. If you want excellence, reliability, and a final product that speaks for itself, here it is. This was a 10/10 experience in every way. We will keep Dan and the PJ Fitzpatrick LLC company handy for any future work! (Which we only do for one other service thus far- our plumber!)

After a recent big snowstorm, I had Large icicles outside and Water dripping in above two windows. They came out in a timely fashion, considering, and were on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He went up into the attic and looked around to check for water and amount of insulation. The reason for my two star rating is that after review, I was told that I need the windows replaced. My issue is that the water leaked out above the windows As evidenced by bubbles behind the paint. I called to ask about this and was told to have the Window person come out, which I canceled. I am not a roofer, but it seems that replacing windows when the water is coming from above the windows doesn’t make sense. Also, he did not get a ladder and look from the outside, but the ground was still very snow-covered Perhaps others will see it differently.

Very disappointed to confirm that what’s being offered and advertised is not available. Fortunately I was on hold for a few minutes and was able to hear the advertisement offering an abundance of home improvement services. When the representative learned that my request was minimal, there was an immediate response that they were not able to provide the service. If they were willing to come out to the property, perhaps they would be able to develop a meaningful relationship with a customer who would be glad to have multiple projects completed by a trusted source. It’s unfortunate that so many companies are tripping over dollars to save dimes! I’d love to hear from the owner!

Very impressed with the level of knowledge from Sales to workmanship for our new siding and window trim. Lifetime warranty and first time quality workmanship were what sold me. Now, I’ve seen the finished product and I love it. The craftsmanship and little details has really made me happy. Job clean up was impressive too!

We do expect a discount to the original price because of the mistake on your part with the floor piece. This caused a six week delay which was very inconvenient because we wanted the shower to be completed before my wife’s foot surgery which was completed January 7.

Christian was right on time and very helping with explaining all the details. The truck clearly had the name of the company on it, and Christian had his name tag and was in full uniform which made it a professional appearance. Thank you so much for going above and beyond with the uniformity from truck to person. Christian‘s knowledge was amazing.

I would highly recommend PJ FitzPatrick. Their customer service and work product are Exceptional. There were no hidden fees even when some rotten wood was found under the old siding. The transition went very smooth. It was well organized and VERY STRESS FREE! 5+++ star rating.

The sales rep gave a thorough presentation and walked us through the installation process. He did a thorough inspection of the roof exterior as well as the attic where he pointed out some potential issues that would be addressed with the new roof replacement. The installation crew showed up on time each day and worked long hard days with only a short break for lunch. They did everything they said would do from preparing the work site by covering up and protecting my property to the cleanup at the end of the day. They were very thorough in the cleanup. The roof looks great. The project manager was helpful throughout the process and was always reachable for questions. I am confident that the roof was installed properly.

PJ Fitzpatrick just replaced my windows in my house. The men who showed up to install were terrific. Very professional yet very fun. They made the conversion from my old windows to my new windows very pleasant even though they got caught in the rain the day of installation. And it must of been the hottest day of the year. Yet not one complaint from these men. You’ve got a great group of men working for you. And I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!!! They make my house pop now!

The siding installers were fabulous. I only had a pm 2/4 days of installation. I never received pics of the work as it progressed. The final product looks great

The team that installed my replacement bathtub were fantastic. Every team member was respectful to me, my special needs son and our home. They knew their jobs and performed them efficiently. It was so nice how well they worked together.

Great service from PJ Fitzpatrick. Easy to talk to a real person, and their availability in scheduling was very helpful despite the busy time of year. Christian came and did an inspection of some ice damming, then promptly called to go over his assessment and recommendations moving forward. Honest, clear, and helpful. Would use them again in the future.

Add-on....we had a total new roof installed to replace a very old one with many, many problems. The crew arrived on time and got right to work, quickly removing the old and rebuilding with the new. They worked well past dark and returned the next day to finish the job and clean up.
New gutters were installed the next day and the crew was finished in practically no time.

The workers were on time for the shower project. They were professional and very respectful. They got the work done on time. They cleaned everything up. They explained everything to me. I love my new shower!

I’m giving a 5 star because of Carlos the tech that came to do my quote. He was beyond nice and patient. He is one of nicest techs I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I must say their estimate was really high for the job they were asked to assess. I ultimately went for another quote.
