Fitzpatrick did a good job on our shower. I would have given them a 10 but the mess they in my garage was surprising to me. They asked if they could use my garage an I did say yes but at the time I didn't realize they would be cutting in there. I don't understand why they asked when they had a tent in the back of their truck. They did wipe up the floor but everything I have stored in my garage is COVERED WITH THICK DUST. One more thing I don't understand why they send out a sales rep to take measurements an tell us the panels would go from floor to ceiling. We do have a high ceiling an the sales rip should have realized that or at the very least the workers. They put a seam smack dab in the middle of the wall an did NOT go over this with us until after the fact
Not good business. They did put silicone in the seam but if I would have known that in advance I would have the seam closer to the top. Im not thrilled with the results but my daughter is an thats what counts.

Travis was on time, extremely polite and honest, and made me feel safe in my home again. I could not shut or lock my front main door until he came to fix it. Very pleased with the service I received and looking forward to my upcoming estimate that is scheduled.

The crew was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and personable. They like and enjoy their jobs and it shows in their work and personalities. My dog loved all 3 of the guys on the crew, and dogs are great judges of character!! Great work and I would recommend them to anyone asking. Thank you!

I feel so blessed to have come across PJ Fitzpatrick in my searches. Reading the multitude of fantastic reviews got me to call instantly and I couldn't be more pleased. Christian came to check out an ice dam issue for me and tackled it head on, taking pictures to show what he did to solve the issue. His friendly demeanor and positivity made me feel so much better and was very easy to talk with. The estimate was throw and the final price was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and well. I love the communication during process as well. If I ever have any other problems, I will contact them first.

PJ Fitzpatrick responded very quickly to our initial inquiry. In fact they were out the next day. Travis was very thorough in evaluating our issue. He explained how the initial installation when house was built was done wrong. He offered 3 options with quotes. After deciding what to do he immediately scheduled the job. Travis and Christian performed the job with no issues. Looks great.

Our experience with PJ Fitzpatrick was a vary positive one from start to finish. Our repair tech Travis H. was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to show us what the issues on our roof were besides the hole we had called about. Another company showed us one drone photo of the hole, telling us it was not able to be repaired, pushing for replacement. We know we have to replace the roof but were made to feel this was our only option. Travis actually went up on the roof and took many pictures showing us what needed to be done to repair it until we could do the replacement. Travis came and repaired what needed to be done, providing us with pictures both before and after, taking the time to explain the process. Never having gone through this before Travis made us feel comfortable with the process. He is a great representative of the company. The prices were definitely fair and did not make us feel pressured or anxious like the other company. We had strong winds and rain the next day and no issues! Would 100% recommend this company!

Great experience from start to finish. Christian showed up on time, and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters and downspouts. Everything was left neat and clean, and he even pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on. Fair pricing and very professional—highly recommend.

He did a fantastic job and showing me everything as far as the siding was concerned, he broke down all the pricing pictures of the house The framework that needed to be replaced, he’s definitely Asset to your company he’s very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an emergency with water soaking our second floor bedroom carpeting due to an ice jam/freezing/thawing. I was amazed that they sent a repair tech within two hours! Travis H. was the tech who came and did a thorough examination of all areas possibly related to the problem. His diagnosis was well documented with photos and clear explanations. He offered three possible solutions based upon his assessment, one of which we accepted. Due to our extreme current weather and temperatures he scheduled us for the work within ten days. The cost of the repair is very reasonable. Furthermore, his overall assessment of our roof has led us to schedule a free roof inspection and replacement estimate which will occur within one day. Travis is amazing. His expertise and explanations were outstanding; Furthermore, he is wonderfully respective of our home and is just a super nice person.

As a follow-up, we had a total roof replacement completed on February 26., about three weeks after Travis’ visit. Everything about the inspections they completed, their assessments, recommendations, responsiveness, and the actual construction was outstanding. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Christian is really patient and knowledgeable; he did our roof inspection for us. He took many photos and explained each one to us in detail. He also sent us all the photos in a really timely manner so that we could easily refer to them to make decisions regarding next steps. We highly recommend him!

PJ's communicated with me very well and Dan was professional, straight forward, and had a good sense of humor which to me is great customer service. He explained everything so that I understood exactly what he meant, me having no practical roofing, siding, knowledge / background. I would have liked to have a tighter window than a 4 hour window of when the technician would show up which is challenging when you are a single person household and have to coordinate with work.
I am getting a roof estimate from this company as well but I will be shopping around as I'm sure the company understands. Overall Dan is excellent and good experience.
Since the specific service I had isn't listed I had a section of aluminum fascia replaced.

Christian arrived as scheduled to replace a few shingles. He was knowledgeable and pleasant as he surveyed what needed to be done. After explaining how he would do the replacements I gave him the go-ahead and he got straight to work. When completed, Christian did a thorough clean up and then a walk around the roof to check the overall condition. He noted one item and explained the need for future preventative work, without any pressure. He has good, straightforward communication skills.
Based on Christian's professionalism as a representative of the company, I would be inclined to hire them again for more extensive work at my home.

Very knowledgeable and professonal, did a wonderful job replacing my tub to a shower. Enjoyed having Kyle and Chicor here doing the job, Allen was here on the first day, but was at another job when returned to finish the job due to having a carpenter ant infestation . Which I needed to get exterminator to take care of it. Excellent job all in all
