The work completed by the team was great! It was planned as a two day job and they ensured the bathroom was cleaned up both days. Wonderful work and they made sure to ask questions to make sure everything was like we planned.

I will always use PJ Fitzpatrick. They are a great firm from beginning to end. This second job was replacing 7 windows. It was very very cold and those young men didn’t stop. They were courteous, quick and cleaned up after themselves. Great job Jason, Dakota & Mason!!!

The initial consultation visit went great and was a breeze. Devin did a great job demonstrating PJ Fitzpatrick's products and offerings. The pricing was very reasonable as well. The door installation was scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving and was subsequently postponed for an additional week. While this wasn't ideal or what was agreed upon it was somewhat understandable due to the holiday. Perhaps, in retrospect, it should never have been offered as an installation date. The installation crew did a great job. The door was installed fairly quickly and we love the result. All and all, I'd absolutely recommend PJ Fitzpatrick for a new door installation.

I called PJ Fitzpatrick Inc to repair a problem of loose shingles coming off of the Ridge Vent of our roof. That was installed 3 years ago by another roofing company That roofing company refused to return my phone calls to come out and honor their warranty.
The repair technician Travis came to the house and checked out the problem. He informed me that the shingles and ridge vents were not secured by enough nails and that the nails used were too short. He took pictures of the problem and repaired the problem. He went out of his way to explain everything that he did to correct the problem. He replaced every nail and made sure the shingles were properly installed. He took pictures of the entire process. It is a real good feeling that our roof is leak proof and would not just blow away in a windstorm. The cost was reasonable. We are very grateful for the professionalism and knowledge that Travis displayed. Thank you PF Fitzpatrick for your exceptional repair technician Travis.

I had my half siding replaced front and back. Took awhile for the materials to be delivered but installation was quickly scheduled and completed. The siding looks great and the installers cleaned up the area well. I would highly recommend PJ Fitzpatrick to anyone needing work done.

My husband and I had a positive experience with PJ Fitzpatrick from the initial salesman, the measuring guy & the installers. We had one issue related to some additional caulking we asked to have done and they are going to handle it. The installers were professional and addressed any questions I had. The new front door really elevates the look of the house and the basement door has made a big difference in keeping the drafts out.

Dillon just replaced a tile floor for my elderly mother. They did a great job, were wonderful to work with. They were professional and reliable. They also stretched some carpet. I would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure having Dillon Carpet and Flooring redo all of our flooring and carpeting – starting with our first conversations with Kathy at the store on Mt. Royal Boulevard, to bidding farewell to Jim and his son Patrick at the completion of the installation project.

We first visited with Kathy in mid-September 2019. We shared our criteria regarding the project, and she was very helpful in choosing product, from several perspectives – appearance, quality, maintenance, and ultimately cost. Kathy provided very good suggestions for carpet options, and helped us decide on vinyl plank for the hard flooring choice. She was also instrumental in getting us close on color for both products.

After a couple of visits to the store, we were ready to have Jim come to the house for measurements and to prepare a bid, given our tentative choice of products (for carpeting and hard flooring). He was also very agreeable to a few additional requirements that we had for the project, including reduction of floor squeaks, add extensions (toes) to the basement steps (which were also newly carpeted), and change the master bath from carpeted to hard surface. Jim’s bid arrived 4 days later, and the bid was competitive. After due consideration, we decided to book our project with Dillon Carpet and Flooring in early October 2019.

Jim and Patrick arrived promptly on November 12, 2019 to start the project, and it was completed on November 20. In all, it took 8 days to refloor approximately 2400 square feet of floor surface. At the end of each day, Jim would specify the areas where he would be working so that we could clear out closets, small items, etc. After that, he and Patrick moved all furniture items, and returned them to their original locations after installing the hard flooring or carpet. Also, 3 toilet removals and resets were included. They always performed a thorough end-of-day clean-up. They were totally professional from start to finish. An example of thoughtful customer service from Dillon – on trash night, Patrick placed a huge amount of the cut and tied old carpet and padding neatly at our curbside for haul-away.

But the best part of doing business with Dillon was enjoying the outcome. The overall appearance of the new floor coverings was, as hoped - outstanding. But to go the next step, and see their attention to detail is where you can really appreciate the value that Dillon brings to a project. To name a few things: the layout of the vinyl plank is artistic; Jim went the extra mile to match our base board wood stain for trimming the vinyl plank; the transitions from hard flooring to carpet are first class; and regarding the carpet, the seams are seamless, and stretches and tucks are precise. We could go on, but the installation substantially exceeded expectation. Jim and Patrick are way more than flooring installers, they are craftsmen!

We are 100% satisfied, and without hesitation highly recommend Dillon Carpet and Flooring.

One additional item. When the project was completed, Jim made it very clear, that if we needed any follow-up work done, to simply contact the office to schedule a return visit at no cost. As it turned out, a couple cosmetic corrections were needed, and true to his word Jim and Patrick came back promptly, and performed the fixes – quickly, efficiently, and with the same attention to detail. Simply awesome!

Dillon Carpet and Flooring was incredible! We saw their Google reviews and knew it had to be worth it. Well they just left our house today and it beyond what I could have hoped for. From the beginning they were respectful and kind. Since I am 32 weeks pregnant, they offered to come to the house with samples. When they arrived they had masks on and were professionally dressed. Respectful was an understatement. All in all it took about 30 minutes between picking the carpet, writing up the invoice and making the down payment. They found us a date that worked for our schedule (trying to get a bunch of stuff done pre-baby) and were on time or early for every appointment. They just finished our carpet today and they worked very hard to get it done correctly. We had some issues with the concrete underneath and they didn’t complain but just fixed it and made sure it looked perfect. The old carpet was cut up and taped into bundles for our trash to take. They thought of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better contractor for our basement carpet job. Thank you Dillon Carpet!!

We have had them install all types of carpet, vinyl and ceramic, plus repeat carpet and Upholstery cleaning - they never fail to come through! I am so happy I went local! I had my carpet installed almost a month ago and I love it. They did such a good job in the 2 rooms where I had it replaced. They were very professional and considerate especially during the current times. It was easy to look in the show room and I even had them bring a sample to my place to see what would be work. I knew that when they were done, the job would be done right.

We just had two bedrooms, a hallway and stairs all carpeted by Dillon Carpet and Flooring, and we were incredibly impressed! Jim Dillon is honest and experienced. We had three estimates for carpet, and Jim came in at the lowest square footage (least amount of waste), reasonable pricing, and advised us on a quality carpet that matched our budget and what was reasonable for our home. He worked for a day and a half on our rooms, and the quality of work is fantastic. The stairs look great, everything is tucked to the baseboards beautifully, and he was very respectful of our home keeping his tools and the space clean. We recommend Dillon Carpet highly, and someday if we need carpet in a future home, we would call them for certain!
