I would give Ambia 0 stars if I could. This is the worst company to do business with. Thought solar panels were a good idea but was so wrong. Panels were installed in October 2024. It is January 2025 and our system still doesn’t pass inspection after 3 attempts. Unable to communicate with anyone except customer service. Emails go unanswered, messages left are not returned. There is so much more I could say but will stop here. Wish the panels could be removed from my home.

I could not be more thrilled by the meticulous work of Mason, and the Ambia install crew, in ensuring that our system is the perfect fit for me and my family. We can’t wait for the sun to power our home for years and years to come!

I had a delightful experience with Ambia and could not be more satisfied with the finished product. Sam Waldrip is a very charming young man and answered all of my questions while assuring everything went smoothly.

Working with Ambia solar was a painless and super beneficial process. The salesman that knocked on my door (Sam Waldrip) was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable which made us comfortable to sit down and see what made sense. Sam WALDRIP, who I think has an oddly ironic name considering he is in the solar and roofing business. I started calling him Sam Roof-leak which I then shortened to Leak. He’s a character! Anyway, he brought his manager Mason Martin who was even more knowledgeable about the solar process in our area! Mason is a sharp fellow and he made it all make sense. Be careful though because he has a torn meniscus which I hear is a sign of ambition to large for your body!!! All jokes aside, solar has been really easy and the guys we worked with are cool enough you would want to introduce them to your daughter and golf with them on the weekend. Go solar with Ambia! You won’t regret it. Thanks to Sam and Mason for helping us along the way!

Ambia is an amazing company. They have some of the most professional workers. Trenton was respectful with my mother and she can’t stop talking about him.

The reason for the average rating is NOT regarding the actual service call and the technician's work on my electrical panel. That part of today's appointment was good. Gary handled the breaker install needed to pass inspection in an efficient and prompt manner. However, the scheduling process needs revamped to correct communication problems. I waited for a 7am-9am appointment today until 1:30pm! And, today wasn't the first time I waited on either a late or a no show appointment. Today was the third appointment that Ambia was either late or a no show! Please consider initiating better channels of communication on any future solar installations.

My thanks and appreciation to Ryan Cutler (and Ambia) for his solar proposal, quote and thorough addressing of my questions and concerns. Rarely, if ever, have I found exploration of a major purchase option so efficiently informative and enjoyable. When and if I decide to go solar, Ryan will be the first person I call.
