TruGreen treated my lawn in 2021 and 2022, but I stopped using them because the service technician on at least 2 separate occasions said my lawn was treated but this was not the case because I was home and they never showed up. In 2023 I resumed service with TruGreen, and all was good until this past week when once again the service technician said he treated the lawn but this was not the case. He sat in the truck in front of my house for 10 minutes, never got out of the truck, pulled away and 20 minutes later I received a report that the service was completed. BEWARE, if you want to use TruGreen, make sure you are home to witness the lawn treatment, or else do not trust that it is getting done.

William was awesome. Told me what he was going to do before he started. I do have an issue with when I called TruGreen to ask a question after William left. My question was about the over seeding. I do not see any grass seed on the sidewalks, driveway or even in the brown areas of the yard. The person on the phone swore seed was so small I couldn't see it. They must have shrunk the size since the last few years that you have performed the service. I have always been able to see it on the sidewalk and driveway. I just thought maybe William forgot to do the seeding. Even my wife, my dog and myself did not see him walking by the windows. I will be calling Trugreen soon to cancel my service and will not be renewing next year.

Kier went above and beyond today. He came to do the Aeration and over seeding. I was talking to him about all the nutsedge in my yard. He went in his truck and had a little in his backpack and sprayed what he had left. Although he didn’t have enough to do all of it, he at least tried to make me happy.

True Green came to the rescue of my lawn in one day after I called them. My grass was a goner. They came out the next 4 days to treat and irregate my lawn. Thank you to the fine men that treated my lawn and the Rep I spoke to over the phone. These people are the best and they will always have me as a customer.

Several weeks after the first service green sections in the grass, it looks like they did not fertilize most of the lawn. Weed control the weeds were thriving, spoke with the office regarding this along with two no show visits, their excuse, they can't locate the address. I terminated the service today.

First year with Tru Green and our lawn has never looked better with vast improvements in color, crabgrass, weed control. Communication is excellent, the work is done on time and no more having to buy the correct bags of fertilizer, and apply them at the right time (which usually I didn't). Thanks TruGreen!

I have had TruGreen treating my lawn for 6 years now and couldn’t be happier. Their technicians do a great job.

Wasn't home but the gentleman rang my "ring" doorbell to ask me where the boundary was for treatment. I assume this was his first time doing our lawn and truly appreciated his attention to giving us the best service.

We had our second treatment yesterday. Grass doesn’t look any better nor are weeds taken care of. That’s not even the point.
Per sales rep, each service was $288, first would be half price and the 7th would be free. I was asked if I was interested in additional services available; I declined. I only wanted basic fertilizer/weed killer.
Today my credit card provider informed me of a $613 charge by TruGreen! I reached out to TruGreen and I was told technician provided two different treatments. I was never asked if I wanted anything extra, which I would have declined. The technician didn’t spend more than 15 minutes spreading the powder treatment!
I asked to speak to supervisor which was not done.
I canceled with them.
Also reported incident to BBB

I've used TruGreen for several years now and they continue to provide outstanding service; from applications, to excellent customer service. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend!

DISAPPOINTED!

Tru Green has been to my house several times to eliminate bare spots. I still have Many.
Also Lawn Is Not Green.
I am not pleased.

My lawn has never looked as good as it does now. They were here early and were done quickly and quietly. Making sure the whole property was covered.

Jerome was very good at explaining the work he was going to do, as well as future visits. We had a good conversation. I request him for future work.

Jerome was courteous. I had a few questions about my lawn and he answered them to the best of his knowledge. I left Tru Green for a year so I’m giving your company another chance. I was unhappy with the results of my lawn two years ago. And you were getting too expensive so we shall see. I had been with you several years So I’m willing to give you another try

Our Trugreen lawn care specialist, Craig Leroy is professional and friendly. I am pleased with the high level of service. He provides a summary of what he has done and provides recommendations to get our lawn to thrive. Thank you for excellent service.

The young man that performed the lawn service at our house today was by far the best technician I have seen in quite a while. He was truly professional, efficient, methodical, and truly an asset to your company. I’ve had a few problems in the past, but the service today was excellent. J Kier ( I think that’s his name) did a great job this time and the past times treating my yard. He is very friendly and kind. He should be acknowledged for his hard work and wonderful attitude.

Jade was extremely professional, polite and personable! She took time to listen to my concerns and was a total bright spot in my day. What an outstanding employee and representative of TruGreen!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot reach the branch, I am calling since this morning, apparently branches don't have phone numbers and they don't have email addresses.
This company treated my lawn without my consent! And they did not have the professionalism to place their sign on my lawn! And my pets and the pets in the neighborhood just walked over the lawn because there was no sign! Thankfully one of the neighbors noticed them treating my lawn and she alerted us.
The tragicomical thing is that I do not have an account with them. I have never asked for their service. I was not and am not being billed for their service. My neighbor also doesn't have an account with them.
So I am curious, who will be responsible if one of my pets gets sick?
This company is a joke overall!
