Always helpful, no matter what. We have asked some stupid questions about our garden and they've always been pleasant and informative. Even told us where to find an item they didn't carry.
They're a little pricier than Home Depot or Lowe's, but the customer service and knowledge is way worth it. Plus it's good to support local businesses.

We have been ordering mulch for delivery from here for many years. They make the process so easy and their pricing is fair! Always super nice on the phone and the delivery people are wonderful.

Excellent choice of flowers and other plants. I must have several coleus plants and they had great choices of all sizes and shapes. They're not too expensive, the staff there are kind and helpful. They're busy enough 😊 but there's plenty of space, and again have beautiful plants and all sorts of gardening equipment. Dirt, fertilizers, all tools and gloves, plus decorations and flags. Its definitely worth going to!

We've been here many times and have made several big purchases and have never had anything but a completely positive experience. The staff is always available and eager to help answer questions, load items, help you find what you're looking for. High quality inventory and everything we have purchased there is thriving years later.

Chapon's is my go-to spot for quality plants. Any time I've been there and had questions, the employees have always been knowledgeable and happy to help. Their plants are in great condition and the prices are very reasonable. The greenhouse is also well organized and easy to navigate.

First time here. Got a lot of beautiful flowers for our garden. The lady outside was super helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back for more.

Chapon never disappoints. There is a wide selection of house plants, and they are all well taken care of. Their prices are fair; we always stock up on terracotta here.

What a beautiful selection of indoor plants, and a wide variety of veggies, herbs, and seasonal flowers. I really enjoyed spending time in the greenhouse to warm up, and look forward to visiting again soon.

Chapons is great! We have been buying plants there for years. The owners are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer questions. Their plants are logically organized and they have workers available to help.

All plants are high quality and healthy. Many cute decorations and gift items as well as sturdy tools. All at very reasonable prices! Employees were very nice and plenty were available for help if needed.

It's nice but no matter what I'm looking for, every time I'm there I'm told it's not the right time for it, etc. I've been gardening for most of my life, including having owned acreage. I don't go to the nursery for lectures & pop quizzes. I did botany at university. I'm just shopping here for higher quality plants that are indeed higher priced than big box stores. Less attitude would be much appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and hit Sewickley Creek greenhouse instead. I recently bought eggplant from Chapons on a whim. I should have noticed they were infested with aphids and another bug I have yet to identify. Now they have infested all our other plants that were started from seed. Here I am hand washing every plant and treating when the others were in superb shape before. Not worth it

What a great local nursery and garden shop - great that they are open year-round and have good prices! Always awesome to stop in and see what's new - especially with spring approaching!

As a frequent visitor for all my gardening needs, I can confidently say they offer a truly excellent experience. Their selection of soil is always top-notch, and I've found a wonderful variety of plants every time I've stopped in to stock up. I especially appreciate that their herb and starter plant selection leans towards American-grown varieties, which is a nice touch. While they may not have a huge international selection in that area, the quality and range of what they do offer are outstanding. If you're just starting your gardening journey or are a seasoned green thumb, Ponds Greenhouse and Supplies is an amazing shop to get you going. Highly recommended!

I like their native plant sel3ction and have put many of them in my yard. My only complaint is that they dont stop me from buying everything 😆

Lovely plants and reasonable prices. The best selection of Fox Farm soil I’ve seen in the area.

This is the best place to find fun exotic plants. Citrus, tropical pitchers, sundews. They also have hard to find herbs like bay laurel.

We get our herbs, flowers, Christmas lights, and Christmas trees there. Everyone, especially the younger workers are always so nice and helpful. Support local!
