Another fantastic job done by Greater Pitt Tree Service. We are repeat customers and were satisfied once again. Michael M. was top notch to work with. Friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The crew were all great. Completed the job we agreed upon as promised and quickly. They also cleaned up well after the work. Thank you for a job well done. Would definitely recommend.

This the worst tree service I ever saw in my life. If I could give them a -10 I would. First I didn't use this service but my neighbor did, and over paid for very poor workmanship. They the neighbors tree to my yard and left it there. Not only did it fall to my side but it also broke many branches to my Oak tree. Now I will have to cut my own oak tree down and plant a new one. Also the machinery they used to get to the tree dug up my yard. I put a call into the owner but he has not responed. And their prices our outrageous. Please take warning when using this company. Make sure you get everything in writting.

We had an enormous old mulberry tree that was threatening our house and our neighbors. The crew who came out did great work and left the site very clean when they were done.

After a recent storm I had 25ft pine tree uprooted and leaning on another tree. Called Greater Pitt Tree service and they were out in the same day to remove the tree, very professional crew and company, A+++

Greater Pitt Tree Company sent someone out within a day of our call to give us an EXTREMELY fair estimate. After, they got back to us with a date that they would be able to complete the job. Along the way, they sent a reminder as well as instructions on the morning of the tree removal. I returned home from work today to find everything completed as described. Their work actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Greater Pitt Tree Service to anyone in need of tree removal. And I will definitely call them with any future jobs!

From beginning to end, working with Greater Pitt Tree Service was a great experience. Salesman Michael M. was a pleasure to work with. His friendly, professional manner put me at ease. He gave me a firm (and reasonable) price right then and there. He told me I'd get a call in a day or two confirming when they would be out, and that the day would hold firm, barring bad weather. That's exactly what happened. The team arrived on schedule and did efficient, safe, and clean work. It was fascinating to watch how they quickly, but safely, removed a large tree near utility lines. I'm grateful for the work they performed, and I highly recommend this business.

Polite, efficient, professional arborists. Quick, free estimates. Fully turnkey electronic system for estimates and billing leveraging texting and/or emails. There is no extra work for the “service buyer”. Management team makes themselves available as needed/as requested. Tree trimming crew outstanding. Do great work, do it efficiently. Clean up well and do final walkthrough. Really nice group. I live on the end of a cul-de-sac. It was garbage day. They ensured that my garbage and that of the neighbors on either side of me had our garbage taken by helping the garbage truck driver. Greater Pitt does not assume anything. They communicate. And they are very good at their jobs. Very, very well run company.

Greater Pitt Tree Service was amazing to work with. We had a really precarious tree in our back yard that was close to the house, in a tight alley, many cars needed to be removed, as well as power lines. Greater Pitt Tree Service handled all of the coordination and removed our tree less than 10 days after my initial call. They were lovely to work with, thorough, experienced, timely, and friendly. Customer service was top notch!

These guys did a great job! They were efficient and very easy to deal with. The tree pruning work was better than expected and my trees all look excellent. Thanks again and would recommend them.

We were so impressed with this company from start to finish. -We had 2 80 foot trees close to the street, our home and a neighbors home and over 2 sets of power lines. Jim came to do the estimate and sold us the job and Carlos came out the day before to check everything out . The crew was amazing - everything, including stump grinding was done in a day . Cleanup of the yard was impeccable. Our neighbors were very impressed as well. I thank Carlos and his team for an excellent job . I highly recommend this company

After scheduling an onsite visit with Mike, Greater Pitt Tree Service sends an email confirmation and provides their Certificate of Insurance (COI).  The site for our tree removal was in an awkward location.  We were at work during the scheduled tree removal and came home to find all the branches and debris cleared.  If you didn't know about it, you would have never known they were there!  The investment in their machinery and equipment reflects the significance for safety and protection of the crew. Tree removal is a property investment and is less expensive than one falling on your home.  Safety for all is critical. We are pleased with Greater Pitt!

Greater Pitt Tree Service was easy and professional to work with from start to finish. Michael M. took the time to explain everything when he came for the estimate, and didn’t try to convince us to do more than we wanted. On the day of service, the crew was prompt, polite and efficient. When the job was done, all debris and dust was cleaned up around our house and on the street. Great communication coordinating tall oak trimming in the winter. Tall trees trimmed nicely in an urban setting with the typical access and traffic complications. Can't tell they were here after they cleaned up. Very satisfied

Awesome experience. My cat had been stuck in a tree for 3 days. I called several other places who were not able to help because there was no space for equipment. I called Greater Pitt Tree Service and they immediately responded. They were able to send out two climbers with experience rescuing cats and got her down in less than ten minutes. They were so fast I only managed to snap one picture!

Absolutely amazing and quick! We called them on Tuesday and they were able to come out to survey and give us a price on Wednesday with Michael M., then they were able to get us on the schedule for Friday. They came out today and got the job done quickly which would have taken us days. They are so easy to work with and have an easy to use system for messages and payments. Michael was very helpful as he explained what would happen and got us a great price. He also was sure to mark the stumps for removal.

6:30AM in the morning, I was awakened by my neighbor that they had found my 3yo black Bombay male cat that had been missing for two nights. He was about 40+ feet up on the tree unable to get down on his own.

We called Carlos of this great company and in less than an hour Carlos came over, assessed the situation, and dispatched his crew over. And within minutes upon their arrival, our cat was secured in the carrier bag. Yay!!

And I didn't miss my 9AM meeting in Oakland.

I had a guy named Jim come out to give me an estimate he for one tree and a few small ones he explained to me I needed all my trees cut. Which was strange to me because when I called that’s not what I asked for he told me 20,000 $ for 4 trees and how I can get a loan through dollar bank. So I asked them another day if I can get one tree cut which is the main tree I wanted cut from the beginning. I don’t understand why it would cost 14,000 dollars for one tree if it was going to be 20,000 dollars for 4 trees

We were very pleased with the service received by Greater Pitt Tree Service LLC. The yard full of bamboo we had seemed insurmountable, but in one day it is all cleared so we can proceed with what we have to do next. Fantastic company to work with - highly recommend! From the initial estimates to the end of the job the experience was great. Troy (who completed our estimate) was thorough in his explanation of the estimate and work being done. The crew that showed up was polite, efficient and clean! they had 2 trees out and stumps removed a long with a ton of pruning and some cabling done w/in hours! Plan to use them for all my future needs!

We have used Greater Pitt Tree for three different tree trimming and removal jobs and they are fantastic.
