Brent at Werth Aire was phenomenal! He is extremely diligent, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. When our old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide, Brent got us a new furnace installed in just one day. He also repaired our HVAC unit that had completely failed, explaining everything in detail for future reference. Our new heating and air system is running perfectly thanks to him. Despite working in very cold weather, Brent completed everything we needed in an impressively timely manner. Highly recommend him—he’s a straight shooter.

We are very happy with the products and especially the service from Schultheis Bros. Our furnace stopped working recently and Gina scheduled Nate to install a new one in a matter of days. Nate was very professional , knowledgeable and efficient and a nice guy to talk with. I have used Schultheis Bros for several years and have NEVER been disappointed. I had a furnace update as well as added AC, and then a few months later needed some roofing work done. Schultheis was prompt with their responses, easy to work with, and transparent. Very satisfied with the work they did and the variety of options. Everyone I spoke to from Patty in billing to the crews themselves were extremely professional, willing to answer questions, and show me exactly what they were doing as a curious first time homeowner!

Our furnace seem to be acting up for a few months. Since we had a maintenance check in October we weren't sure. We called and Dan came out and said we were very low on coolant. He had Mike come out and he found the leak pretty quickly. He ordered coolant and came out in a few days and fixed everything. They both were very efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. The people they send for yearly maintenance checks however are not. They do very little!

They did an excellent job inspecting our roof to make sure we're good to go for the upcoming winter. They inspected and cleared the gutters of debris and blew away the mess. We highly recommend their services for maintaining our home. Both for roof and for our furnace and air conditioner. Thank you for providing great service!!!

I had Schulteis Brothers replace the roof on my house. They were quick to respond to all of my questions during the bid process and were open to revising the bid multiple times as my requirements changed. Installation was very fast with a new roof, gutters, and fascia completed within two days. I am extremely pleased with their work and recommend contacting Schulteis Brothers for your roofing needs.

I have worked with Schultheis Bros on two different roofs and have had an excellent experience. They were easy to work with and it was the best price around from such an established group! I worked with Patty to find a date that fit our busy schedule and avoided the rain. Steve and his crew were courteous and worked hard to get our big job done in two days.

My AC had been completely dead for about a year and a half, which sucked. We had to wait until we had the money to have it replaced and then got some quotes - Schultheis were the only ones who bothered reaching out within the week (next day!) and had someone out to quote the following week.

Price seemed about market average, no complaints there. Approved quote on day 30 of the 30-day time limit for the quote to be valid, on a Sunday, they honored it no problem.

Parts were ordered, scheduled the replacement of both AC and furnace within I believe 3 weeks of the quote approval, very happy with turn around time.

Crew on site were very polite and professional, explained some of my I'm sure were stupid questions, ended up having to rip out a bit of decorative wall to make room for the new AC unit - it was huge!! But tried their best to avoid that until they were beat.

Job site was left clean, like they were never there.

Overall, great service, my house is finally bearable without a team of fans running all day. Will definitely be going back to them for routine services.

I have used Schultheis Bros. for my HVAC installation and maintenance for years, so I was happy to call them when it was time for a new roof. Their salesman, Nathan, was friendly, prompt, informative, and low pressure, and the estimate provided was very competitive for quality products and looks. I compared several other companies, and it was easy to choose Schultheis. Patty in the office was very communicative, friendly, and helpful in guiding me through the process once I chose to use their service. There was a bit of time between the sale and installation, but once the crew was able to install, they showed up promptly, worked hard and fast, were attentive to my property, and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. I feel I made the right choice and am happy with the new roof.

They replaced my furnace and AC during the middle of winter. Did an excellent job. Were fast, courteous, and neat. Cleaned up at the completion, and explained the operating procedures. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
