We just had Schultheis Bros put on a new roof. We were very pleased with them. Their work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. Thorough with the job before, during and after with clean up. We would highly recommend them for any of your roof work. Nathan came out to give us the estimate and was very good. Steve was in charge of the work being done at the house and did a great job. They are a very good company to deal with.

We just had an AC and furnace with humidifier installed and everything went perfectly! Jamie and his helper did a great job. Very professional, could answer all of my questions, and left with everything all cleaned up. Would highly recommend.

Marcus arrived on time and was cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. Tony was great in advising us on the type of furnace we would need. The gentlemen who did the installation was also excellent, though his co worker was a no show, so his job was more difficult.

Why aren't there 10 stars? As always, the service I received yesterday for our routine maintenance was excellent. The super nice technicians were not only nice and professional, but were so happy to help me understand my furnace and especially my humidifier so much better. After over 40 years as a customer, I can tell you there is none better for great reliable service. No matter which office you try, I'm sure they will deliver great service.

Fast, reliable service! Yesterday, I could tell my aging AC unit was not coming out cold. I called Schultheis right away yesterday morning. Talked to the nicest staff member, Lisa. She assured me I would be called with an appointment by the end of the day. They scheduled me quickly. Dan arrived this morning, prompt. Personable, kind. Was quick with the repair and explained everything to us in detail. I needed work done on my condensation line in my basement and Dan immediately put in to the company to give me a quote and a date for repair. I was called an hour later with a quote and a date. I was stunned at how fast, efficient and reliable this company is. Knew they were well recommended, but this was even better than expected. Thank you, Schultheis! We will be coming back to you for furnace and AC service again and again.

Every technician I have had were very efficient customer friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been with Schultheis Bros. for over 10 years because of the excellent service. Ben Wernert was my recent tech and he was all of the above.

Needed to have a condensate pump replaced. The tech not only did the work but he also did a quick furnace inspection, fixed a minor leak that he saw, and left the place clean and orderly. Gave me a few tips as well. Super friendly and quick. Great experience.

We had a great experience with Schultheis Brothers in selecting them to replace our furnace. Their estimator was knowledgeable in explaining our options and answering our questions. They provided us with very competitive pricing for a new furnace and were able to schedule the installation quickly, even in mid-winter. They even loaned us two space heaters to use until they were able to install the furnace — great customer service! The installers worked efficiently and neatly. Everyone we encountered from Schultheis was professional and friendly. We are now enjoying our new high-efficiency furnace!

Feb 2026 update to my review:
Contacted Schultheis for an estimate to replace a gas space heater that didn’t seem to be working. Their estimator, Tony DeJesus, looked at our current space heater, quickly diagnosed the issue and got it running! We are especially grateful for the time and effort he took to investigate our current space heater and to get it working. His help with this is a true hallmark of professionalism and customer service. It affirms our positive impression and experience with Schultheis. Where other companies might have just given us an estimate for a new space heater, they went the extra mile for us.

We had a new furnace installed in February and could not be more pleased with the quality of the installers as well as their polite and very professional way of handling the install. Matt is quite good at customer service and seems to show quite a bit of integrity and care regarding his job. Very impressed with both young men.

Also, our Salesman, Rich was very professional and competent and personable as well. Very happy thus far with choosing this company.

On 4/15/25 Schulteis Bros. called me to ask if I would like to get my spring AC/heat pump service. I was delighted to move my service to that afternoon rather than waiting until the end of May. When the technician arrived I was quite surprised. Josh was extremely pleasant, well spoken and professional. As the service call went on I found him to be competent, knowledgeable, and I could tell he was enjoying his job. He gave me a helpful review of the condition of my equipment when he finished. This young man deserves a pat on the back for approaching his job and his customer with enthusiasm. Schulteis Bros has made an excellent decision in hiring Josh and I wish him well. I hope I’ll get the pleasure of having him back next spring.

2 years ago Schultheis installed a furnace at our disabled daughters home. This week it quit working and despite the furnace being under warrenty they refused to fix the furnace.(which I think is illegal) The reason they gave my wife was because when the furnace was installed I wrote a bad review, which was well warrented. This company would rather hold a grudge and see a disabled person freeze then to live up to their obligations. Stay away!

Had them come out for a mutiple mini split system they very knowledgeable took the time to explain what i needed. They also have a great install team, very professional and friendly. I had many crews at my house over the years, and this one was one of the good ones. The way the two taught the youngest one was awesome. Nobody stood around, they cleaned up everything, and had a super quick lunch ( you just don't see that nowadays)!! I highly recommend and will use again!
