Delgado Enterprises was great!! AC quit completely in the mist of the heat wave of 90 degree days. I called and spoke with a pleasant man who said someone would come the next day! Joe came on time and diagnosed a capacitor was needed and didn’t have the size in his truck but he drove back to the shop and returned 40 minutes later with it. Then he checked our furnace as well. So happy as we had cold air again. Would certainly recommend using Delgado Enterprises for sure. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, fix the problem and professional . Nice people to deal with.

We recently had a new furnace installed by Delgado Enterprises, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brandon came out to assess the damage and provided a quote. He was very nice, professional, and extremely informative. When it came time for the installation, Brandon and Wilmer did a fantastic job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was done properly. I highly recommend Delgado Enterprises for anyone in need of HVAC services!

They communicated at every step and provided adequate information when it was needed. I compared prices with others and was never disappointed. Not much else you can ask for here.

Was a long 2.5 weeks with no heat but Delgado was very good at working with us and communication was great.

Mark was working on the furnace when I arrived. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it, as a part needs to be ordered.

Our furnace replacement was handled exceptionally well by Delgado. From the initial diagnosis of the old furnace’s problems, to the one day installation of the new one, the process was handled with great professionalism and technical knowledge. The installer, Mark, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and had a keen eye for detail. He even found a hidden split in one of our home’s gas valves which could have led to disastrous problems for us. He was able to fix it on the spot very quickly. Throughout the entire process, the Delgado team kept us very well informed and all were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Delgado for any service, or work, that needs to be done on your furnace.

ADDENDUM: An HVAC contractor came to check on the furnace. He noted that the “press switch hose was off, laying in the furnace and not reconnected” following AC work. It took him less than 30 seconds to reconnect. We had an additional fee as Delgado refused to fix their error.

Delgado was assigned by our warranty company mid-June 2025. They ordered supplies twice to fix our AC unit. Neither “fix” worked. Finally, an AC unit was ordered in August by the warranty company. We thought that we would be put at the head of the list, but that didn’t happen. It took Delgado almost two weeks to install the unit. They were here for the installation at the end of August for more than eight hours. The company has poor customer service. Their voice mail is typically full. After being without AC for almost three months, during typically 90 degree days, we haven’t needed the AC since. However, we tried to turn on the furnace and it is inoperable. We called Delgado, as it worked before they shut it down to install the AC, but they refused to come without being paid up front. We called the warranty company, and they even asked Delgado to check the furnace. They refused their request, as well. I can’t believe that anyone would hire this unreliable company.

I was all set to go with American Home Sheild then I saw who was the HVAC in Pittsburgh. NO WAY. I delt with this company with another warranty company, they ruined my furnace, it left us 3 months with no furnace in the winter another company had to come in a fix their mess. Wrong parts, shoddy workmanship, and they were not honest with us or warranty company. Go check their Yelp reviews.

Mr Joseph was extremely Professional and Cordial and made the repairs to my furnace effectively. My Home is warm again me and My cats are happy. Thank you Delgado and thank you Ellie for taking my calls.

They were sent out to assist with my HVAC. Towards the end I had be in a meeting and the technician said he would change my filter (that I provided). I went to change it after this brutal winter to find out it was haphazardly thrown in (it's accordion style that needs to fit in perfectly). So I'm very excited to know I had no filter all winter.

What started out as uncertainty turned into an amazing experience. Delgado was there to fix our air during the summer, when it was 90 degrees plus for a week straight. Not only were the technicians knowledgeable, they were professional and friendly. You know when a person is truly likable when your dogs like them. Haha
Not only did we have a good experience with the technician, the office staff were amazing too. Benny and Steve were helpful, non judgmental and helped find solutions for our family.

Provided a prompt and friendly service. Took time to explain what was found and what needed to be done to fix our problem.The owner personally contacted us and kept us updated on what was going on with our repairs. We’ve never had a company care about the customer like this one. Would highly recommend.
