We had persistent issues with allergens in our home. These guys came in, cleaned out years of dust and debris from our ducts and offered advice on maintaining cleaner air. The air quality improvement was immediate and noticeable.

Robbie and Shawn are professional, kind and patient. They took the time to answer our questions each step of the way cleaning our air ducts, vents and dryer vent. They showed us before and after pics… and WOW, what an improvement on the house we just bought!! Very thorough and great customer service!! They took good care of us and we highly recommend them!!

Thanks for sharing. I hope this will help animals in distress, and thank you that there are humans who can provide assistance. I am already looking aftet a few adopted pets (10 pets). I hope these animals ate not being exploited but cared for.

This company cleans vents with an air compressor and shop vac. They didn't even remove my vent covers. They also didn't wear shoe coverings and tracked dirt through the house. There was metal left behind from drilling through the furnace exhaust in the basement. They also missed a vent in the bathroom. I called and advised the office of all of this & they said they will mail a check for 30$. The total bill waa $350. The positive is the staff was friendly. I rarely leave poor reviews but I wouldn't want other people to waste their money.

I never realized how much impact clean air could have on my work-from-home experience until they worked their magic. This company exceeded my expectations. They cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent thoroughly and even gave tips on maintaining the system.

We had Larry come out and he could not have been more professional. No hidden fees, taxes were included in the price, and all in, the price was extremely reasonable. They did a great job! I took the dogs on a 45 minute walk and they were done by the time I got back. I've recommended them to all my neighbors and local family. I'll be a customer for as long as I live in Pittsburgh. Really pleased with the service.

I would not use this company again. Extremely pricey for the quality of work. If you do use them, ensure you supervise the crew. Several of my vents were never removed or cleaned. This was clearly noticed when I had to remove them to paint the rooms later. They did send me a video of a before and after vent but again, many of my vents were missed. Additionally, they only used a shop vacuum which I could have easily completed myself. No deep cleaning of vents at all and only surface dust near the vents was removed. I did not witness any vent brushes or extensions being utilized. I called to make this aware to the owner and was told that they would call back but I have yet to receive a call. I don’t really want a refund or another service. Just wanted to bring it to their attention that the crew missed a few steps.

Don’t use. The people who say that they use a shop vac and basically a pressure hose are correct. They don’t take off your vents, and the tech we had was on his cell phone half the time. Sanitation is $99 and just a spray of Fabuloso in one duct (??) Also, they get dust everywhere and don’t clean up after themselves. Would not recommend and will not use again.

The difference in air quality is noticeable; they cleaned the ducts thoroughly in about an hour. Highly recommend!
