I have been using Eugene Beck Company for several years. Most recently replacing my entire HVAC and Hot Water Tank. They are always professional, honest and very detailed with their work. Highly recommend.

The company told an older gentleman who was about to get eye surgery that they had to sawzall the main right post from his fence gate to install an air-conditioning unit.

It was held together by three nails halfway in. When I called to go over why in the world they would destroy his gate instead of taking out the nails, the company received my message and called back on a personal number. When explaining the situation and asking to speak to the technician, I was told I was already on speaker phone with him present. He said he got the homeowners permission, so it didn't matter; they hung up and have ignored me since.

They owe him a $750 repair bill for being lazy and negligent.
