Our furnace broke and Mark, Joseph, and Brandon were able to resolve the issue. They were also really friendly, helped me explain how my furnace worked, and was very thorough to check everything! The furnace issue ended up being tricky, and they ensured through few different days to come and diagnose the issue, and made sure that the furnace was really fixed instead of giving up.

Every person I spoke with at this company was incredible. From the beginning, I was very transparent that a new HVAC system was a huge financial stressor right before the holidays. They were extremely patient and kind with us through this process. Once we were able to make a payment, they scheduled me immediately— and within days we got a brand new HVAC system installed! Every technician was kind, personable, and extremely respectful of our home. We’re glad we’ve chosen to do business with Delgado! Thank you all so much.

Delgado was hired to install a new expansion tank and remove the old one. The new one is held up poorly and it moves when it should be secured. A 3rd grader could have done a better job. I have to pay another company to do the job because I don't have the time to waste on Delgado. Delgado should seriously choose another profession. Plus they gave me excuses to keep up the old tank.

My experience with D&M Contracting was outstanding. Our air conditioning unit went out in the hottest week of the summer and with young children in the home, it was less than ideal.
My initial contact with the D&M Team far exceeded the expectations I had as this wasn’t my first experience
with HVAC services and others.
D&M was very knowledgeable, clear and not pushy. They understood our needs, concerns and budget.
When we decided to move forward; understanding a full replacement would be best for immediate and long term reliability, the team began work quickly. The two technicians sent to install were courteous, kind, clean and worked efficiently. These two men took the time to explain what was happening, what they were doing to and provided recommendations for longevity. I had a new thermostat installed as well, which is a game changer. I no longer need to worry about self reminders for filter changes as the system will do that automatically. The take down and install of our unit was completed in less than a day. We reviewed the manual briefly to ensure I understood the product and they left me with great tips to ensure the unit runs as efficiently as possible. A few days after the installation was complete, I received a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the way everything was running and if we had any additional questions. I’ve already provided their information to others as they set the bar high and I know we personally won’t use any other HVAC service providers in the future. If I could go beyond a 5 star rating I would. Hands down the best and easiest experience I’ve had.

Can’t believe how there are so many 5 star reviews…I asked for a quote to remove the lead dust from my return ducts along with both of my units. I specifically asked the manager or whoever receives the calls regarding the lead and if they used a HEPA filter and if the truck would suck from outside. He responded saying that is the old way - we have the right filters and it’ll all be fine. It was like $6-700 bucks to get both systems done. When they showed up there was a little shop vac and two guys. I asked to see the filter and it was an old regular shop vac filter on it.

If they would have done the job they would have made the house much worse kicking up a bunch of lead dust and shooting it around the house. I asked the guys who came and they told me they weren’t told anything about the lead/filter or etc. Manager or owner was supposed to call me but never did. It appeared this company just receives calls and sends out guys to shop vac up some dirt for an overpriced amount.

I called up Bactronix next and they told me they have the most powerful trucks around and it is OUTSIDE of the house. The force of the truck sucks every but out of the ductwork and they hand clean every furnace and vent. Going with them.
