I got my dryer vent and 20 (20!) vents + furnace at my house cleaned for what must have been the first time as the previous homeowners did almost no routine maintenance on the system. The tech they sent, Vincent, was polite, professional, and timely (as well as doing a wonderful job cleaning our vents), and very helpful keeping our cats from getting outside. 10/10, 5 stars, yadda yadda, point is: would highly recommend!

The A 1 Air Duct are the best. They called before they arrived and did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent. They also explained what they were doing that which I appreciate. Did a very thorough job and I cleaned everything. Will definitely use these guys again !!! Thanks again!!

A young man came to the house ( on time) called before he come. Asked where & which vent we wanted cleaned. Made several trips to his truck for all the supplies…. Started working & never slowed down until everything was done.

I hired them to clean one system in a duplex. They did not even hook into the correct system. I guess the vacuum they use is so weak that they didn’t notice that there was no negative pressure in the system.

They used a brush and dislodged dirt and dust in the ducts I wanted clean, but without the vacuum hooked up all the dirt stayed in the vents! This caused over $300 of damage to my furnace.

When they finally returned, they only used a shop vac for 5 minutes. They actually refused to hook the larger vacuum up to the correct ducts!

I had the vents cleaned by another company and the pictures show that the vents were still filthy after their second attempt.

Additionally, they tried to claim that I was never a customer when I tried to get them to return. I had to find my invoice before they would admit it wasn’t another company impersonating them. Seems like they claimed this in other reviews as well…

Total scam artist. Get a company that uses an actual vacuum truck and cleans both the supply and return lines. Do not trust this company!

Jon and the team were very responsive, I needed help with air duct and it was so hard to reach a company during this pandemic. Not only did Jon schedule an appointment with me right away, when they came to my house they were very health conscious and made my family feel comfortable.
Would recommend their services to anyone in need!
