Our AC went out in the middle of a severe heat wave. They sent a tech immediately however it was determined the system was shot. A sales representative, Tony came out next. He was thorough, responsive and took time to answer all my questions. We are under contract for a new system and while we wait for install, Tony brought us two portable AC units and set them up for us so we could be comfortable. If installation goes as well as sales, we will be beyond happy. Thanks Schultheis and Tony.

When my extremely ancient furnace pooped out on the first cold day of the season, I called several places about getting quotes on a new one. Not only was Schulteis Bros the only place to actually get back to me, by some probably-uncommon minor miracle, got my quote appointment scheduled that same day. Rich came out and assessed the situation, measured, took the time to answer my questions and even kindly helped brainstorm heating solutions for the time between then and new-furnace-install date. Frankly, it was some of the best customer service I've ever received in any context. Installation day was just as good. I didn't catch the names of the two guys who showed up, but they were a little early(!), respectful of my property, got everything installed properly, cleaned up before they left, and also took time to answer questions I had. All around a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Lauren came today for a furnace check. She did the most thorough cleaning of any of your technicians in years! She even switched wiring on the fan, which runs so much better! Keep her, she is an asset to the Company!

When our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, and it was determined that it couldn’t be repaired, we called schultheis. A salesman, tony came out. He was professional and courteous. He took time and answered all of our questions. After we were under contract, he bought two potable AC units we were able to use until the new system was installed. Two young workers, Tony and Austin installed our new system this week. They were great workers, very polite, professional and took care to be neat and clean. Overall schultheis was an easy company to work with that provided excellent customer service.

Schultheis Bros. came and did a rip and replace of my 31 year old air conditioner unit. The process from start to finish was very easy - someone came out and checked it, let me know what I needed and within a day there was someone here giving me a proposal. Once the equipment was ordered, the team was here within another day to install everything for me. The job was done quick and efficiently - they took all the old stuff with them and we're all set for the summer.

Ben was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Very professional and friendly. Answered my questions in a polite knowledgeable manner. I’ve used Schultheis Brothers many times and I’ve always been pleased with thei outcome.

I greatly appreciated Nathan, Patty, Steve and the whole crew that worked on our roof. It was a very coordinated effort from estimate, scheduling, arrival, removal, repair, install and cleanup. They were respectful and responsible to all our needs and completed the job in less than 7.5 hours from start to finish.(Small roof)
Even with a small hiccup of debris getting into the dryer vent, Steve and helpers came out and cleaned everything out of the vent line to make it right.
My experience was a great success!

Our project was a simple one, we have a large 12x20 shed and no gutters so the rain was getting to the cement foundation. I called Schulties and just their professionalism from the start won us over. From communicating with Katie in their office who texted me updates and was SO unbelievably nice, to the ease of paying through my phone and how awesome Clark and Seth were on the job site. Again, it was just simple gutters but they made me feel like a $100,000 customer. Highly recommend.

Jamie and Tony did a great job installing our 3 ton Goodman A/C unit today! They were on time, very friendly, polite, and worked steady. Jamie explained in detail all aspects of the installation and the operation of the A/C unit and the new thermostat. The cleanup was perfect after 5 hrs of work. We currently use Schultheis Bros for our HVAC yearly maintenance. Great job!

Clark and his team spent about 3 days on our roof replacement and box gutters. It was a big project which included steep pitches, relining difficult box gutters all in a very tight and confined space. The crew was extremely clean and punctual. While there were a few dings to some landscape lighting (to be expected with 23 square of roofing being removed and replaced by hand and ladder) Clark repaired all. Thanks again for a great job. We’ll be happy to recommend your services for anyone looking for a roof replacement. It looks awesome.

We had to get a whole new roof after storm damage. Schultheis was quick to respond with a visit from one of the owners who presented options to us along with detailed communication of the process. With a very busy schedule due to the storm, they did their best to schedule us as soon as they could. The workers arrived on time and worked very hard and tirelessly like a well-oiled machine. The foremen communicated with us throughout the day and answered all our questions clearly. All of them were very courteous and respectful of our property. Before they left, they inspected the property thoroughly for nails and other debris, carefully returned items that had to be moved, and left our property very clean and in order. Also, the roof looks great, and the foremen showed us exactly how they were nailing the shingles so our roof would be protected. It seems the materials they use are high quality and storm-tested. As one person told me when we were looking for a roofer, "Schultheis would not have stayed in business this long if they weren't doing a good job."

I just received a new roof from this company. They came out on a pretty crappy day and they still managed to get most of it done. How the weather been more agreeable, this job would’ve been done in one day.

The employees were professional and made sure my yard was nice and clean once they left. It was an easy process on my end and I would recommend them to anybody looking for any services they provide.

I’ve been calling since Monday,. And now it’s Thursday afternoon they’re open from 8 to 5 PM. I left messages it’s been 90° for the past 3 out of 4 days!!! I need someone to come check out my central air, I’ve been calling since Monday. What is the problem are y’all out of business???

The technician, if that’s what you want to call him, had no idea what he was doing. He ripped out fuses, disconnected wires & then left the furnace this way. He’s always saying he needs to talk to his boss about this & that, but his boss doesn’t have a clue either. I believe he tried to give me a false diagnosis, then when I pressed him on it & pointed out it didn’t make any sense he intentionally trashed my furnace on orders from his boss PAUL. I don’t know if this was racially motivated, or just evil mean-spirited, but it felt a lot more than just unprofessional, incompetent, or poor service. I would sue them for what they have done!

I am warning others, do not let these ppl touch your furnace. He’s not trying to fix anything, just riding around ripping ppl off for a $65 diagnosis fee and saying a bunch of malarkey.

The tech acted as if he was going to his beat up van, which should have given me an idea of what Hvac co. I was dealing with, to get a transformer, that again wasn’t the issue, then peeled off toward the next unsuspecting victim leaving the furnace a wreck!!

This is a real review….NO STARS!! Terrible.
