I called 5 Star at 5pm because my AC was not cooling, and the owner came out the same day and promptly fixed my system. He was very professional, friendly, and honest. He explained the problem clearly and gave me great advice for future maintenance. He also was very upfront about all the service needed and the price without pressuring me in any way. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for all my heating and cooling maintenance and repair.

I can't say it enough-the service and experience excellent! Our AC stopped working, and an appointment was promptly made to get it fixed. Josh was punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Our thermostat also gave us trouble which he kindly helped to set up and get things running. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problems with our older unit and explained everything to us, which is something other companies won't always do. Pricing was very reasonable, and our AC is working again. We will definitely use the company again

5 Star Air is fantastic. Brian came here twice. Once for my furnace and again for leaks in my bathroom. Excellent work. Fast and reasonable! They are now my go to for any heat/plumbing. If only they were electricians too! I highly recommend!

This company is impressive. They were able to come right away and fix an issue with the garbage disposal. The owner was so helpful. The tech that came went above and beyond. He dealt with the home warranty company easily and professionally. He even let my 1year old sit by him and “ help” him fix the sink. He was great and super friendly with our dog. He replaced our disposal perfectly and quickly.
These guys are great! Great customer service! Great people! We will only use them now.

5-star was assigned to me from my home warranty. From the moment the owner called to DAN coming to my house to fix my leaking faucet, was 3 days. DAN was professional, friendly and was so kind. I would recommend 5-star to anyone and will call them again with any additional plumbing needs.

Our furnace stopped working another the coldest day so far this year and Dan replaced our furnace in 2 hours. He was very polite and friendly and was faster than I ever expected for that job. You can only hope for someone like Dan to arrive when you have a problem like this. Thank you! Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend 5 Star for any job you need! We had renters smell gas, and the gas company informed us that some of the old valves in the basement were leaking. Dan came out first thing the following morning to assess the situation. He was thorough and explained the various issues. They gave us options and answered any and all questions we had. It allowed us to make a decision that was best for us.
They scheduled us the following day and had the job done! They communicated every step of the way (both Dan and Dave) and were friendly, fair, and professional. We highly recommend them!

Dave and Bryan were great. They were friendly, helpful, and honest and also helped us out in a tight time frame on two separate occasions. One of the times was around the holidays and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend 5-Star Air, as Dave is great and very responsive. Bryan did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issue (water heater and pressure regulator) at our house. They are my first phone call if I have a plumbing issue in the future!

We're so happy with the service and speed with which 5-Star Air replaced our furnace. Not only did they assist every step of the way with our warranty company, but Dan V., who did the installation was friendly, professional and tidy, and did a fantastic job. We can't recommend them enough.

5-Star is a great, reliable company that actually answers your phone calls and gets you quick, quality service. We had Dan V. out to fix some leaky pipes under the sink and install a garden hose bib. He did a great job and worked very quickly and even went out of his way to diagnose a few other issues we have with the plumbing around the house. Their prices are fair and we plan to have him back soon for more great work!

Dan did an excellent job. He replaced our hot water tank and expansion tank in less than two hours. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I spoke multiple times to the owner of 5 star as well who was very helpful and worked through all of our issues with our home warranty. I would highly recommend and we will be using them again.

5-Star Air was an ease to work with and I highly recommend their services. After helping me deal with a problematic warranty company, they got right to work and fixed the pipes for our leaking main shower. Dan came in the next day, replaced the pipes, made clean cuts to our drywall and cement for access access that require zero to little follow up work, cleaned up after himself and showed me all the work he did in a very quick 3 hours. Thank you so much for all of your help throughout this process.

Hands down, these guys are the best! Had a huge plumbing issue with my sewer line, sump pump and French drain, a lot of work. All my systems were improperly installed. They came in and fixed everything the way it is suppose to be for a reasonable price and very efficient. All the guys Brian, Dan, Darryl and Dave are all awesome! Very nice and professional. After completing the work, they showed and explained everything they did to a T and answered all my questions. Dave helped me deal with the home warranty and insurance companies as well which was very helpful. Thanks so much!

Came out to look at my furnace, the man was so polite, efficient and thorough. Then I had a phone call with them to schedule the repairs and the were very accommodating, he explained everything to me in detail. I definitely recommend them.

Great guys. Shakeem and Dale came and got my new furnace installed yesterday. They got us a brand new furnace and installed it for $2600. There special said buy the furnace and they’d install for $1200. They did have a 3% card processing fee but I guess I won’t count that as a hidden fee. I’m glad we gone with these guys saved us a pretty penny.
