HVAC reviews in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I've been trying for over a month to get them to return a phone call regarding a bill. There are also supposed to do some additional work on an HVAC unit they installed. Have been calling for over a month and no one has returned my call yet. Very disappointed. Previously I would have given them a hundred on customer service, now it's a zero. Very very disappointed. My parents and I have used them for decades. What has happened?

Wow we are so thankful for Gery Heating. I had a problem with our furnace that another HVAC place could not find the issue and I paid a hefty service fee. I thought I better try a new place! Well I found these folks thru the nextdoor website. A great technician (Dave) came out last night and immediately found the issue! A loose wire!!
The other folks were thinking of changing the master control board for a few HUNDRED dollars. Ironically the loose wire that Dave found was ON the master control board. Happy and so glad we called Gery Heating!!!

Great service with this company. I had a furnace cleaning today and I had some issues with my furnace. They showed my the issue and made recommendations. I have small cracks in heat exchange. the repairman gave me honest options (I researched everything he said and all was good). I mentioned that I had an issue with my tankless hot water tank and they fixed that too! Needed cleaned. Didn't try to sell me with scare tactics like other companies. Please check them out. You will be very satisfied!!!

Awesome service. Andrew got our AC back up and running. He found the problem and fixed it. He checked and made sure it was running again before he left. Very nice personality too.

I received a reference for Andrei from a plumber who didn’t work on boilers. Andrei arrived and looked at the boiler, asked me some great questions to get some background. He started doing a quick, but comprehensive look at the system and complimented me on how clean the unit was. With his testing he determined the recirculating pump was not coming on and that there was a lack of water in the system, both of which would cause the problems I was experiencing. He had a pump with him as it was a standard pump and he checked the fill valves and ensured it was operating and at the right pressures. He drained my expansion tank so that it would fill automatically from the fill valve and ensured it was still in good operating condition.

Andrei, opened a few bleed valves on the radiators, drained the boiler and radiators into a nearby floor drain and then installed the pump, ensured no leaks, then went on to filling the system, bleeding the radiators and further checking the pressure gauge as it filled and bled.

I have never felt that my system was more completely reviewed and repaired than I have today with Andrei. I rarely write positive reviews but Andrei deserves accolades for his skill, effort and demeanor. I can also say his pricing was quite reasonable/fair.

Andre was a great guy to deal with. Came out on an emergency call and had my furnace running in know time. This was on a Saturday evening. Btw it was the coldest day this winter! He didn't have the part on his truck but had it at the office. Made a special trip back and had it installed immediately.!
Can't say thank you enough!

Andrei from ZenMen was wonderful—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. My furnace failed when it was 0 degrees outside, and he went above and beyond. He made five separate trips to my home over two weeks as a part kept failing, and ultimately replaced the furnace to make sure the issue was fully resolved.
Throughout the entire process, Andrei was reliable, communicative, and respectful of how stressful the situation was. ZenMen offers reasonable pricing, dependable service, and true customer care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work done right.

Company that's on its way back up! Collaboration and empowerment of women is key. I'd love to see some skilled women workers at the front counter. :) I hope everyone's being paid enough to care.

I wish that they carry coil stock and various other items cuz then it would be a one-stop shop.

Working on a carrier unit and they helped set up a account and found a compressor need to get my customer up and running

Standard air has amazing employees, especially the two employees, Marco and Dehlen.

Great place to deliver I was 4 hours late the broker rescheduled appointment for next morning but they unloaded me after they made room on the dock
