McVay has always offered a great honest service. My AC broke and they were out the next day to repair it. Aaron Martin was my technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

In the past I was a longtime customer of Arendosh heating and plumbing and for many years they provided excellent service. Since they have changed the company name to McVay plumbing and heating, I am still receiving the same high-quality service. This has been for a total of 26 years. I am very pleased with their work. They are professional, courteous, and very easy to deal with and there has been no problems or issues afterward. I would highly recommend them to others.

The whole McVay team was helpful, courteous, and timely from making the appointment to completing the needed work. John, the plumber who was dispatched for my service, was professional, quick, and did an excellent job. He provided me the quote for the requested work of closing off a gas line and explained all the steps for what was being completed. I am very pleased with the service and pricing and will be using McVay for future home maintenance.

Very positive experience. The guy did what he could to minimize the expense which I very much appreciated. In about 2-3 years when my AC dies I’m likes to buy a new unit from these guys. They also installed my furnace. Again, very easy to work with.

I called last Saturday morning saying that my furnace died and they sent someone out that same day to look at it and today they came and put a new one in and they’re coming back Monday to install the AC. Everybody was really nice that I spoke with.

I would recommend McVay for sure. Had a furnace replaced by them-went well and fair price. We had a standard annual checkup appt completed on heating, cooling, and plumbing. Following that we encountered an issue later that night that was the result of what was done. Despite the mistake, McVay was fast to address the issue when we called the next morning, sent out a very competent tech (Travis), and went what I would consider above and beyond to rectify the situation (much better than other companies I’ve dealt with). Thank you McVay for coming through!

I had a furnace maintenance call. They arrived on time. Showed their ID wore protective foot and he was very pleasant. He provided education on furnace maintenance and answered all of my questions

Once again a great experience. Just routine furnace upkeep. The technician came on time, was efficient and friendly. Replaced the filter. Reasonable charge. Can't ask for more.

Luigi was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. He was able to clear my blocked sewer pipe and spot a crossbore by utility that I had no idea was present. Both Luigi and the manager were able to advise me next steps as a homeowner and provide me with an estimate on the cost to excavate and repair in a timely manner. Thank you!

Kelsie was awesome. I had a plumbing emergency (burst pipe) and she was in and out in an hour. Pretty reasonable price too, especially for after hours. I was absolutely hysterical when I called them, and Kelsie said she would be there in 20 minutes. Super kind, super to the point and understanding. Would use again. We really appreciate McVay Plumbing Heating Cooling’s organization and concern for their customers. I was able to get scheduled for servicing our air conditioning within two weeks, and the technician, Aaron Martin, was excellent. He was polite , knowledgeable, and considerate. He took time to help us replace a burned-out light bulb in the attic, explain our air conditioner, and order new filters. We are very happy to have found McVay and are looking forward to using their services in the future.

We bought furnace and air conditioner years ago and also pay for maintenance package. I don't have to remember to set up appointments for maintenance, they call me to remind me. Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing.

The service gentleman was thorough and very knowledgeable of my boiler and what he was doing to the degree of informing me each step to insure understanding of what was needed in the repair. My service charge included the annual insurance of two boilers.

Had Randy come to look at a slow house drain. Very competent plumber!! He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me possible options for how to proceed, and then took action as we discussed. Everything is good now and we are very happy with the results!!!

We called for an electrician. An appointment was scheduled. They came and reviewed our problem. We received an email estimate. Our plan is to schedule an appointment to have the work done. We were very happy to actually make an appointment and an electrician showed up. We have made about 7 calls to electricians this job. They either never responded to our message or made an appointment but never came. From this beginning experience I feel confident the job will be done.
