Todd Peterson is the best. We have the maintenance contract with them and they are always on top of when we need to have maintenance done on our air conditioner or heater. They are punctual and thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We use Todd Peterson Heating and Cooling for our home and our business. Their crew is knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time. Very reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to hire them for any heating and cooling job that needed done.

We have used Todd Peterson Heating and Cooling for years. They are always very responsive and helpful from the first phone call to the office, to the tech that comes to service our HVAC. Rob has been our tech in most cases, and is very easy to work with, and offers suggestions to keep things working properly and gets the job done! We have had other techs here, and they all have been great.

Most recently we had our HVAC not heating the house above around 60 degrees, and on a cold winter day not having heat was less than ideal. They were able to come out the same day, make the repair and complete a tune up.

Explanations are clear and easy to follow, pricing is clearly reviewed and fair. I feel that they treat our HVAC system as they would their own at their home.

I have been using their services since 2004 and have never had a problem with them. The tech who comes to service my furnace and AC unit is personable and efficient. I'd recommend Todd Peterson to anyone looking for a company to perform service on their heating and cooling units.

A shout out to Julie in Customer Service. She called me an hour before our scheduled service time to let me know that the tech who was doing our checkup was running ~an hour late. Sounds like a small thing, but in these days of flipping a coin to guess whether a service provider will show up at all, or even close to a scheduled time, this is awesome.

Excellent service. Reputable and well priced. Definitely will be using Todd Peterson Heating and Cooling again. I always assume that a company will try to rip me off and I was pleasantly surprised when I found one that didn’t even try too. The technician was friendly and informative. I asked questions and he answered everything I needed.

I had a new electric heat pump and air handler installed by Todd Peterson. Dylan and Russ were two of the best technicians I have ever had. The price was exactly what they estimated. I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

My historically problematic furnace completely failed the other day and I was left without heat in the middle of winter here. I called Todd Peterson Heating and they were able to accommodate an emergency appointment. They quickly performed a diagnostic and gave several possible solutions to decide on, in order to try saving me money. I decided to go with a replacement furnace which they were able to get me a very good deal on, and they got the replacement completed the very next morning! Their technicians were also very friendly and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend this company as it is very clear that they bend over backwards for their customers!!

I highly recommend Todd Peterson’s for your Heating and Cooling services. We have had an annoying noise, when heat first kicks on and when it turns off, in our wall above the Thermostat. It’s been driving us crazy for three years.

Our regular service rep, Jason, started looking into it earlier this year. He spent a couple hours investigating through our crawl space to find the source of the noise. But to no avail.

Jason, along with Dillon, visited this morning to once again try to figure out the problem. To our delight, they found it and fixed it!!

Outstanding work!

We were long time Restano customers and I was not happy with our last bi yearly furnace and air conditioning checkup. The work performed was not the same as the 20+ prior years. It was a sell up visit I thought. My wife worked with Peterson Heating and Cooling with her employer and was very satisfied with the service they provided. The technicians name was Russ that did the checkup today and is very personable and knowledgeable he did a very through checkup on our furnace much better than the previous technician. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Peterson. See you in the spring Russ!!

I came back from vacation and my ac said it was 82 degrees in my house and I couldn’t get it to cool off at all it was a Saturday night and we called them and he came early Monday morning I was so grateful I didn’t have to use the old fashioned fan for 1 more night it was a fast fix and he didn’t even have to come In The house ! I had a horrible experience with Wade Heating and Cooling. One phone call from Mr. Sullivan and he was excellent! He explained everything to me in a way that I understood what he was talking about. My mom purchased a furnace from Sullivan last winter. It needs to be inspected every year for warranty. Never heard of this, but my mom's deal. My mom works and couldn't be at home for inspection. I agreed to do it, set up appointment window from 9-12. Got a call at 11:15 telling me tech wouldn't be here before noon! They expected me to sit here til they showed or reschedule and sit for another 3-4 hour window. Guess customer service goes out the window after the purchase!

They were incredibly responsive to a call for an AC issue during the recent heat spike. Came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was great. I would highly recommend them.
