So my name is actually Angel and I had Mark Blair as my technician! He was great!!! Rotor Ritter came out couldn’t find the drain and tried to sell me a 4000 service to report to my insurance claiming they couldn’t find my drain. Don’t you know within 15 minutes he found the drain and unclogged the pipe! There was about 5 inches on water but he was able to solve the problem when no one else would! And the price was cheaper! When I say I have told my whole family! You now have a loyal customer he went above and beyond for me. He searched to make sure this was the only issue gave me recommendations and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me any BS. Thank you Mark so much you saved me a headache and time❤️❤️❤️

Mr. Sullivan and his son are spectacular! Last fall and winter, we were in a pinch when we had trouble with both of our furnaces around the holidays. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received! The Sullivan's respond quickly, are honest and professional. I've used them for service calls, they've installed two smart thermostats, and replaced both of my furnaces. I called them again this summer when I had trouble with one of my air conditioners. I enthusiastically recommend them!

I called with an emergency AC problem and received same day service. The staff is knowledgeable and honest. I will ALWAYS call Fazio H&C for my furnace and air conditioner.

They did an excellent job installing a new hvac system for our old house. They were patient and knowledgeable during our planning sessions and especially considered our concerns about the placement of the lines on the outside of the house. The crew was courteous working in and out of the house, cleaned up everything, and were quite efficient. 100% would work with them again and recommend you to support this family business.

I cannot say enough good things about Fazio Heating and Cooling. We just had Tony out today and he was amazing. Diane immediately called me back when I left a message. The absolute nicest people, they will go out of their way to make sure you are warm in winter and cool in summer.

I've been using Fazio HVAC in forest hills for the last 20 years - through 3 different pieces of real estate. I've been a loyal customer because they have always been honest, fair and professional. I believe Tony Jr. (son of the original owner) may have taken over the company, and is just as skilled as his father. The service and quality has always stayed consistent. We recently needed an entire new HVAC system in our Fox Chapel home, during this last heat wave 7/2024, and the price, installation, service and entire experience was fantastic. They come highly recommended and they don't seem to mind traveling a bit out of the way to service continued customers. Thanks to Tony and his team for taking great care of us!!

Tony and his crew are top notch, quality work and very fair prices. Fazio had been maintaining our HVAC systems without incident. We recently added a mini-spit on the second floor and Tony and crew made short work it for a fair price. Thanks for Diane in the office for her timely communications. They had an opening so all the work was done before their promised install date. Great work, 100% recommend.

Fazio answered my call at 7:30 am for a furnace that wasn’t working when the temp was 0 degrees. They dispatched Tony asap. Within an hour, the furnace had new parts and works fine. Thank you!

Tony came out short notice, and got our furnace back up and running within a few hours! Very personable, and much more communicative than other companies I have been dealing with, 10/10 reccomend!

Tony knows his stuff! Trustworthy and has an uplifting spirit, as mine was in the dumps with a furnace being temperamental in all the record breaking snow fall and low temperatures. Thank you again for all yinz help.

Tossed and turned all night as I was so hot! Thought it was menapaus. Turns out the AC broke. Called Weidner and within a few hours they were at my door. Within 45 minutes it was blowing cold air again! Thank you weidner heating & AC. Fantastic experience!
