Furnace still under warranty, but coverage was denied because I’m not the original homeowner. Had to pay $575 for a warranty part. Very disappointing policy and poor customer service. Buyers beware.

From the way there employees operate there vans I will never use air suggest them to others, about 30min ago I was in the drive thru lane at a Wendy's on rt 51 in pleasant hills and watched as they cut in front of everyone in line buy going threw the empty lot and not getting in line like the15 other cars did!

I had a difficult time finding a qualified technician to service my split refrigeration system in my wine cellar. I called Tru Temp and my cooling system was serviced at a very reasonable price the same day. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. So happy to have found this wonderful service.

Asked him to check out my furnace in my attic to see if it was working properly. He popped his head in the attic and quickly came to the conclusion that my furnace was working properly. Then charged me $150. I knew something wasn’t correct since it was very warm up there with 2 louvre vents and a ridge vent open to 10 degree outside temps. I crawl around and found that my furnace was missing 2 gaskets around the gas line and coolant line. I measured the heat coming out of the openings at 125 degrees. A return duct was also completely off the register causing warm air to rise into my attic from my house. I called TruTemp to get my money back and he hung up on me. I fixed these issues myself for $70 at Home Depot. Worst HVAC guy I’ve worked with. He was clearly too lazy or busy to look into my issue.

Ben from McVay did an excellent job with our AC maintenance today. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through each step, clearly explaining what he was doing and why. His attention to detail and professionalism were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Found my hot water tank was leaking and needed replaced immediately. McVay sent a tech out same day and had a new tank installed within hours of my call. The technician, Jake Eaton, was incredibly nice and explained the whole process to me before and after the install. I would highly recommend McVay for all your plumbing needs.

Bruce gave great suggestions to upgrade the hvac system. The installation is more streamlined than the previous system.

I put the lead in at Lowes and was contacted the following day and scheduled a time that same week. Gave us a quote and applied for the financing to proceed. Was approved and ready to have the new furnace and ac unit installed.
