We had the pleasure of having Matt Milton and Ken as our ventilation cleaning specialists this evening. They were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They gave me a tour of everything they planned on doing and answered all of our questions. We both appreciate all their hard work, professional and courteous presentation.

Matt was awesome!! Explained everything they were going to do. I had a groupon, but i had the foresight to realize they weren’t going to do everything for the $40 groupon. It was a couple hundred extra but well worth it. 10/10

Greg and Ryan did a great job. Very neat and tidy. No mess. Both guys were professional and very personable. We appreciated that they took the time to explain things and to make recommendations. Also, they were here when they said they would be which is so rare with services. Highly recommend!

Would have gave four stars, but they never called me to tell me how much everything was gonna be so it was a sticker shock. The guys were wonderful. They did an awesome job Matt and Ken ! They went above and beyond, which was to be expected for the amount of money that I paid. I would definitely recommend them, but find out how much everything‘s gonna be first (that was the only downfall) The company we’re very tentative and was trying to get me an earlier appointment and they called to confirm several times which was nice.

We just bought a house and noticed really gross build up in the air returns and vents. I asked the previous homeowner if she'd ever had the ducts or furnace cleaned and she said no (after living here for almost 35 years). 😳 So, I looked on Groupon and found a nice deal for cleaning the furnace, 10 air vents, 1 return, and 1 main duct with Ventilation Purification, which I bought.

Matt and Ken showed up promptly and jumped right in. Matt walked through the house with us to assess the number of vents & returns while Ken started unscrewing all of them and getting the necessary stuff from the truck. Matt then checked out our furnace and system in the basement, which he explained thoroughly to us and showed us what could use some attention or things to keep an eye on in the future (which we appreciated). With no pressure applied at all, he offered an estimate on getting the other work done. Since we saw how gross everything was, knew that none of it had ever been cleaned before (and the previous owners had multiple dogs and cats over the 35 years), and since we're just now moving into this house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity to get it all taken care of now and enjoy fresh clean air from the start and for a very reasonable price. 😊 They took the time to clean every single vent & return (including the covers), all of the ducts, the furnace, blower, main intakes and outputs from the furnace (for which they had to create accesses by cutting a small section out of each and sealing them back up, very nicely), tested our UV light filter and learned that our bulbs were dead, found a small leak in the furnace which he showed us and took it up on himself to try to tighten the connection to hopefully resolve the leak (for free), and Ken showed us a huge mound of pet hair, dust and gunk he got out of one section (which we would have been breathing in and living with 🤢)... Ultimately, these guys did a GREAT job and we will definitely be calling them in the future to have them cleaned out again. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Do yourself (and your lungs and sinuses) a favor and grab a Groupon and give these guys a call. Worth every penny! Thanks, Matt and Ken!! 🤩

Matt and Ken came out to do a full vents/air duct cleaning at our house we purchased recently. We knew the vents were dirty but the amount of dust, lint, and random objects removed was astounding. I can’t give Matt enough praise. Extremely personable and professional, he was a real pleasure to work with. He checked in periodically throughout the job to ask if the vents looked up to what we were looking for, which was somewhat unnecessary because they were spotless!

This is my second service with this company. Matt and Ken were very thorough. They provided all of the details regarding the whole process and answered all of my questions. They gave me suggestions, pointed out a health risk problem on my furnace and provided a quick and easy solution. Ever grateful for that. They respected and cleaned all of the areas that they encountered in my home. y satisfied with the service provided. Hope to do business with them a third time when it's necessary to do so.

I was looking to find a company to clean my furnace and air ducts. I found Ventilation Purification in the Clipp magazine. When I called to make an appointment, they fit me in the same day. Matt and Ken came to clean my air ducts. Both guys were very nice and respectful. Matt was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain the cleaning process to me, and also showed me some of the duct/dirt buildup on my furnace motor. I am very pleased with the services provided and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Matt and Ken were true professionals they explained the process and got to work quickly. I am so happy they cleaned my vents and furnace. My home smells cleaner hopefully I will be breathing better!! I would highly recommend this crew. I paid to clean the furnace and sanitize it I think it’s worth it.

Our vents were serviced today by Matt and Ken who were kind and professional. Matt has over 20 years of experience and walked me through the various processes, giving me certainty that he knew his stuff! I could not be more thankful for their efforts as these vents haven’t been this clean since the day they were installed.

Highly recommend!! We had a Groupon for a limited amount of vents to be cleaned, but Matt did a thorough check of everything before they started and made sure to show us our options before starting, as well as breaking down the total cost for services first. They were extremely professional and worked around the clutter in our house without an issue. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood, and answered all of my questions with honesty. We discovered our air ducts had NEVER been cleaned before moving in, so it wasn’t an easy job but they worked efficiently! We will ABSOLUTELY be using them again in the future!
