Air conditioner broke while it was 90 degrees out. Ryan from Cliffords returned my call and was out to my house a few hours later. He found the problem and had it up and running within 20 minutes. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and price was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

It was the coldest day of the year and our furnace stopped working. I called Keough Plumbing and they were there in less than 3 hours. My furnace was up and running, no problem. We have used them for 7 years and they are always first class.

I called Clifford for a water pipe issue and possible hot water tank replacement. His son Ryan called me and scheduled a visit. He came to my house and said I should have the water pressure regulator changed because the pressure was above 130 . I asked him if he could schedule the water heater replacement and he said he could do it right away. Very professional and not pushy. Price was very reasonable and the work very neat. Thank you very much

The Keough team replaced our furnace and a/c last summer and just completed a HWH replacement. On both occasions they were quick, clean and reasonably priced, but above all we appreciate their candor and patience as I worked through my decision among the various options. Each time, they happily spent time answering our questions on how to use the new equipment and when to schedule check-up and maintenance appointments. Very happy to know their team is on our side, and we feel lucky to have overheard, by chance, a conversation at Ferri's where another customer was passing along the recommendation of their work.

We have been using Keough for a handful of years and each time we are impressed.
A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!
They are professional, curtious, knowledgeable and on time.

Great experience with a family run business. I found Zac to be professional, timely, did great work and was reasonably priced for the residential repair work we needed done. Will definitely recommend and work with them again.

We had a clogged sink drain that we'd put off having fixed because it felt like it would be an expensive headache. Enter this awesome business! The appointment was easy to set up, the turn around time was so fast, and Doug was professional and informative. Ryan took time to talk about the process and pricing in advance, and I couldn't be happier! And, most importantly, the sink drains perfectly.

Scott and Joel from Pleasant Hills Plumbing and Heating replumbed two full bathrooms during a renovation project. And they corrected the existing problems that the previous home owner left for me. They arrived on time, worked hard the entire 3 days they were here. The price was fair and they were very professional. I will use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Scott and Joel from Pleasant Hills Plumbing are fantastic! They installed a stackable washer dryer in a closet for me and their work was exceptional. This project included running new plumbing from the basement up into the closet as well as an exhaust pipe for the dryer out through the side of the house, and also required finagling the unit into a really tight space. They worked quickly and efficiently and had a great rapport with each other. They came prepared with drop cloths and also left all areas clean and tidy at the end of the project. Scott was also a great communicator—he showed up when he said he would and also responded quickly to texts. I give them my highest recommendation and would absolutely have them back for any additional work. Thank you so much!

Awesome job! AC went out Sunday July 2nd. They came out Monday to look at it and was back on Wednesday to seal and recharge the refrigerant.

Terrible service. Tech came and said he fixed the AC. I told him that is wasn't blowing cold air - he said it was fixed. Now the AC won't turn on at all and they say they can't come back for a week. Don't use these guys.
