Apologies, I am terrible at remembering names, but Ryan’s team was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I’ve had some on-and-off issues with my furnace, and even though everything was working today, they still took the time to inspect the entire system. They explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in proper working order. Prices were very fair, communication was great, and the technicians treated our home with care. I highly recommend Fameli Heating and AC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

A true staple of our greater Pittsburgh community, imagine being near The river's elevation lever and overpaying for the grotesque gas and electrical usage fees, These fine gentlemen will solve the heart of that issue with ease!

In the early morning hours of 11/28/25 my furnace went out. So I decided to call a local business for assistance. I was told that they were only seeing existing customers. Now I have 2 daughters 1 of which is only 8 months old. We are bundled up like Eskimo’s.

Now is the poorest customer service and business model for gaining new customers. Unfortunately I’m unable to leave a negative star review.

Being I I am an existing customer when I saw one of my radiator pipes split at one of my rentals. I called them and they saved the day! They were able to come by and turn off the water which stopped the leaking And isolated the problem to hold off until the warmer weather to permanently fix it! They were great!

I had a great experience with them. Were able to come out quickly, were professional and courteous, worked fast, and the price was more than fair.

Called the company with an emergency. The lady that answered the phone said someone will get bacj to me shortly. Nobody ever called me, after 2 hrs i called back and the same disrespectful lady answered the phone and i asked, what's going on, her response was, if i didn't call you then that means we won't be able to get to you. Will never call this irresponsible company ever again

If it's not an emergency, it takes a little while for them to get back to you so be patient, but otherwise the communication is great, and their work is too. We've used them twice, and will definitely call them again next time we have any plumbing issues.

I would not recommend this company for any type of repair. Their work is overpriced and they are far from professional in their services. They had to be called back regarding valve issues (as a result of negligence in their work, which caused water damage), and called back again for not properly securing a fixture when attempting to complete the initial job for which they were contracted. When calling to complain about their services, the technician was most unhelpful and dismissive. My family is extremely dissatisfied with this company and their work.
