I had my furnace and A/C replaced by MRT. Great company!!! My furnace went out on the first coldest day of the year. The company owner came out in a Sunday, helped me secure heat, and had a new furnace installed and running by Tuesday. The contractors were professional and personable, all work done with care, cleaned up after themselves as well... I would highly recommend this company! Great job Guys! Brian arrived and performed diagnostics on my 19 yr old gas furnace the day after I contacted MRT with my concerns. He was personable and efficient in pin pointing the issue. He explained what was occurring and provided the best option for my situation. With an estimate I am very pleased with for the upcoming work. Happy to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there focused on helping their clients instead of trying to get the most money possible out of the job. Thank you!!!

Brian was fabulous and expeditious and trying to resolve our HVAC problem. Although our part wasn’t really available because it fell on the weekend, they made it a point to obtain it and get it on Monday and complete the job in full Monday afternoon the follow up by the company to ensure their knees were met or beyond my expectations. I am very grateful for what this company did for us and Brian in particular for being an expert at what he does.

Called MRT early Sunday morning as my furnace stopped working Saturday afternoon during this terrible cold spell. I knew the furnace and AC needed replaced and had a fairly high quote from another company. I definitely wanted to get another quote so i chose MRT HVAC based on their reviews. I spoke to John and he was very personable and accommodating. He was very professional but also talked to me like we had been old friends. I feel he went above and beyond given the urgent situation i was in without taking advantage. I sent him pictures and he quoted me much less than the original quote i had. He also had what i needed in stock and had his crew out first thing Monday morning and heat was on by noon. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up everything. They were also able to install the new AC unit as well! MRT HVAC will always be who i call from now on.

Azriel T and Jon Y were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I requested an air duct cleaning with some modifications to the furnace. Azriel T ensured that each register was spotless and the area around each register was cleaned appropriately after service. Azriel T showed me the before and after photos of the air duct cleaning. He removed over 5 gallons of debris from the ducts! Jon Y was extremely knowledgeable with my HVAC system and discovered additional electrical issues that I was unaware of. Jon Y answered all of my incessant questions regarding my HVAC system. I would highly recommend Jon Y and Azriel T for future HVAC service.
