John came by and easily diagnosed the problem with our heating system. He was able to quickly repair everything for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.

The inducer motor on my furnace broke late Friday night. John had a new motor for it and had my furnace up and running before a house full of guests was due to show up Saturday afternoon for my daughter's confirmation party. Great job, professional, and super quick.

Best experience I’ve had with a contractor…they were on time… the technicians worked well together, were personable, educated me regarding the system I was getting, and was happy to answer any questions. Removal of old system and clean up was great. The technicians were so pleasant, professional and applied no pressure to buy but explained things to me along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again if needed.

That morning I not only received a confirmation phone call with a time frame, but I also received a call/text when the technician was on his way, when he arrived, and once he was able to perform his diagnostic. The issue was repaired the same day! I also received a follow up call to explain the issue with my unit and to confirm the technician was done. I am very pleased and will recommend MRT HVAC Contracting to any of my family/friends.

John identified the problem as a faulty thermostat wire. He confirmed this by jumping the control system from the house to the unit. He corrected the connections and ensured the unit was running correctly, leaving us extremely satisfied with the service. We are very glad to have a yearly service agreement with them.
