I find Metro Heating and Cooling to be an excellent company . There technicians have been knowledgeable, their response to any problem has been quick and expertly completed. Jen in the office is a true GEM! This woman knows her way around a furnace and gives expert direction to help determine problems with malfunctioning equipment.

Loyal customer for years, but that clearly doesn’t matter to them. A few months ago our heat was malfunctioning, metro came out to fix it but couldn’t figure out the problem. The technician came up with a band aid solution and assured us we wouldn’t have this problem again. Two months later the problem started again during an extreme cold event. They didn’t care that it was their fault for not correcting the issue originally and told us we’d have to pay an emergency fee for them to come out regardless of whether they could fix to this time.

Metro Heating and Cooling has excellent service! We did yearly contract which includes bith furnace and a/c annual inspections. It is very easy to contact them and schedule these checkups. Matt is the absolute best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes precise steps to perform routine maintenance as well as trouble shoot. He hosed out our a/c unit beacuse we were experiencing long runtimes and also it was the filter needing replaced. I highly recommend this buriness

The appointment was for diagnostics on my heating system. The tech, Jason, was great. He identified the problem quickly & explained both the issue & the solution very well making it easy to understand. I’ve been a customer of Metro for 15 years & have never been disappointed.

Mickey did an exceptional job fixing the AC on our newly purchased Squirrel Hill home! He was professional, prompt, and most importantly experienced. Highly recommend the team at AJ!

Mickey is great. He answered my call and fixed our AC the same day even though he was on another job until 5pm. The bigger companies are dodgy with their cost estimates and will try to sell you a new system, not to mention waste freon. He has no interest in those things. Just an honest, experienced, pleasant guy.

I have used AJ's services multiple times. Both times they were incredibly responsive and resonably priced. Even when there were problems with the repairs and installation, they came back multiple times to make sure the job was completed correctly. They are our go-to for all HVAC related issues now.

Simon and the associate that was with him did a great job. I was asking a bunch of questions and Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered everything. Also noticed the existing floor registers are old and aren’t the best for circulating the air and offered alternative ones to consider. Also ask about duct fan for pushing more heat to one of the bedrooms upstairs. Again, both did a great job. Thank you

Simon was a great tech. He found the cause of my a/c running hot. I used to use Wes heating and cooling but they charged me 189 to come out and add a little frion and wanted me to pay 500 to get coils cleaned.

Showed up early, checked out my rooftop AC unit and provided me with options. Tech explained everything well. Repaired the AC same day in a very short amount of time. Very pleased, they will be my commercial AC company going forward.

They were able to send someone after hours and Christian was professional and solved the problem easily.

5 stars tech went above and beyond. Would recommend their professional expertise.

Christian was professional and efficient, he quickly diagnosed a clogged chimney, cleaned it thoroughly, and got the furnace running again.

Woodruff and Smith put in my furnace and air conditioning over 12 years ago. I was not getting enough heat upstairs in our cape cod home all of a sudden and Simon came out and within 24 hours diagnosed we just need new switches that would have the furnace go into phase two and provide enough heat upstairs. Simon has been here before checking our system and he really does a thorough job. I highly recommend you give these guys a call for your heating and air conditioning needs. They are the Best in the Bethel Park Area. Price is also very reasonable.
Also since I joined their VIP Club I received a nice discount on parts!

John and his team are careful, thorough and reasonably priced. They detected a fault in our furnace, offered us a great price on a new one, installed it faster than I thought possible. We asked about a rumbling sound a few weeks later and they came promptly to see what the issue was.
I can’t imagine calling any other company for our heating and cooling needs.
