Metro did an exceptional job for us on several occasions.
On a new construction install the original contractor did a poor job and after 2 other companies could not fix the issues Metro came in and knocked it out quickly and it has been running fine ever sense. They also responded fast when our A/C quit working in July last year so we were able to get a good night's sleep.
I highly recommend Meto for any A/C or Heating needs. Great people, great work, and fast service.

Metro has great service with fair pricing and excellent communication. I had a furnace suddenly die during a very cold spell and Metro responded. I was up and running by 10:30 the next morning. Highly recommend.

I had to have my entire heating system replaced. The installers Jack and Jacob we super nice, and answered any questions that I had. They kept the apartment very clean too. I was so supprised how smoothly the job went, especially since the air return unit had to go in my celing. Highly recommend.

We had a FREE maintenance agreement with them. When I called the technician for a problem with the furnace, he wanted to charge a fee. When I complained, the company wrote to me "we are operating a business and driving to a location for a service call requires gas to get there, vehicle insurance, and someone's labor" Eventually, we had to take them to the magistrate for the way they installed the HVAC. The Magistrate ruled in our favor.

We've done our radiator and AC work with Metro for 10+ years. They've installed our AC and installed 3 new radiators, plus assorted regular maintenance work. The one time we had a problem they came back a few days later and re-did the work to our satisfaction with no extra charge. They are professionals and do a great job.

Rep was on time, highly efficient and knowledgable of the system and its performance. Explained things in an easy to understand manner.

We’ve had many excellent experiences with Metro. Specifically, we’ve worked with Josh from sales as well as Jack and Jacob from the install team on 3 occasions. This past summer, they replaced our central air conditioning and installed a new mini split system. On both occasions, they were able to give us tailored recommendations for our budget/needs, get us on the schedule within a couple of days, and complete the work on time. The systems they installed are working flawlessly, and they were incredibly respectful of our home in the process.

More impressive, to me, was when they replaced our boiler; there were a couple of issues integrating the new boiler with our older water tank. Both times that I called them with concerns, though, they were on site within hours to make the necessary adjustments without additional charge. You can tell that this is a company with a culture of pride in its work that won’t stop until the job is done right. For these reasons, all of my family members in western PA now use Metro for their heating and cooling needs.

Absolutely impressed with Metro's AC installation! From Josh's professional sales approach to the meticulous installation crew, everyone was respectful and helpful. They never pressured us to make a decision, which we appreciated for such a big purchase.

They were incredibly prompt! We signed the paperwork and received a call to schedule the installation within hours, with the actual work completed the next day. The installers truly went above and beyond, even pouring cement to level the unit and adding decorative stone. They took their time and ensured everything looked perfect.

Metro installed our furnace and air conditioning more than a decade ago and have maintained it since. We have only good things to say about this company.

The entire team at Metro did a great job from start to finish on a difficult, non-standard heat-pump replacement on the roof of a downtown condo building.

Called yesterday for furnace issue, problem was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. I've had nothing but totally satisfactory experiences with Metro.

We had a new heat pump(Comforter series) installed on November 1, 2024. We had several quotes from other companies but found Metro to have the best overall price. What sold us on them was not only the price but the expert knowledge and honesty of our salesman, Josh. He compared the different systems they had and suggested the one we bought. He told us he could sell us the top of the line one which was probably $5,000 more but for our square footage we didn't really need that size. He also took pictures of what we had so the installers knew exactly what they needed to do on the day of installation. He also explained the system in depth to both of us. Both of the installers, Jonathan and Bill were professional as well as knowledgeable, too. They put down a cover on the floor as to not track any dirt in our house. They were in and out in about 4 hours. We debated about getting the new system last year or waiting until this year. My husband and I are very thankful we bought it when we did. We notice a big difference in the heating of our house. We appreciate when salesmen are honest and aren't just trying to push their product on us. I would highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a new furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner. Thank, Josh,
