They came to our house under brutal conditions, got stuck in snow twice on the way. Didn't give up and had the parts they needed in the truck and saved us from misery with no heat. Can't thank them enough for their perseverance and professionalism.

Mike Postler was here to give me a quote for a new furnace and my old furnace broke down at the time. Mike found the problem right away and came the next day and fixed it. Mike is very good at his job, knows what he is doing and is a very honest man. I would recommend him to anyone.

Technician was very personable. Checked gas pressure coming and going out and looked at water filter. Thought annual check would have included some cleaning. To clean fan blades wanted approx $150

The work on my furnace did finally get to a working conclusion but it was a very difficult process to get there. The first tech was definitely not knowledgeable. After getting an exoerienced tech, my furnace is working pretty well. I have a lot of reservation now however after the hard time to get an experienced tech, the product installed finally, and what I consider to be minimal help and clear information on maintenance that a customer needs for using and maintaining. I would have liked a more informative rap up to help me with use, maintenance, and follow through.

I woke up this morning with no heat and a furnace not igniting. Called Woodruff and Smith and they had the ability to move some appointments around to get a technician here as soon as possible. Logan was the tech that came and he was able to quickly asses the issue, get it figured out and replace the part. My house has heat again and I’m thankful that it wasn’t a major repair and cost. Logan was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Mike did an awesome job! He is knowledgable and friendly and explained the details to help me understand this HVAC system repair. More importantly, he fixed the furnance as soon as he can during the winter storm and extreme cold weather.

Yesterday I woke to a dead furnace- today I have a new install that has my house heated like it has not been in ages. Logan came yesterday within 3 hours of my call and broke the news my furnace was shot. He explained the models and ins and outs as well as guided me through financing options. Today Alex and Marshall installed the new furnace. All of these gentlemen were respectful, full of knowledge, and kind. Each answered all of my questions and concerns and at end of day walked me through the ins and outs of the unit and the new thermostat. The office staff were also amazing and kind when I called and even answered after hours to help when I thought a cat had escaped. I recommend this company and their workers if you want personalized service.

Called them because my boiler started knocking and shaking two days before a massive snowstorm was forecast to hit. Mike came to the house within thirty minutes, fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really couldn't say enough positive about the experience.

I fully expected to get insane pricing with the expected weather, being a Friday, and the time of day. But it was incredibly reasonable and I have no complaints.

The emergency tech, Logan, arrived promptly on a Friday evening, because you know nothing breaks down during regular business hours. But thankfully he arrived and got it diagnosed and repaired in short order. He was a very pleasant and kind young man. I highly recommend the team at Woodruff and Smith. I've been using them for over 20 years.

Great experience. I called and had to reschedule due to snow related issues. Both were handled easily over text. For the actual appointment, Jake diagnosed the issue and had the pipe fixed within the hour. My daughter even gave him a cookie for his good work!

The friendliest group of installers I have encountered. We had a full Rheem system replacement, furnace, AC and humidifier. They came out promptly at 8am and worked hard all day to get us up and running by 5pm. Top notch work and we are very pleased! They explained everything and set up the new thermostat to our WiFi. We can even adjust the humidifier to the desired percentage with the app. We recommend Woodfuff & Smith 100%.

Great experience with Woodruff and Smith Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. My furnace stopped working and I had Logan come check it out 4 hours later saying I need a whole new system. The following day Austin and Joe came and replaced my furnace and AC. It was a long day but they worked hard and I got heat by night time. I was so happy and relieved because it was going to be one of the coldest nights. They were professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you guys!
