Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.

I was without heat in November after a 45-year-old boiler was shut off after a carbon monoxide leak. Had been waiting a month to get someone to look at it and the earliest I could get was weeks away. I called Sembower and they responded immediately that they could come in two days to look (Friday). They installed a new boiler the following Monday including replacing antique, ungrounded electrical connections. I could tell that they take pride in their work including the appearance and clean-up.

From my first phone call to the completion of the work I couldn’t be more pleased. Scheduling the work was easy. Estimates were accurate. Prices were fair. Plumbers were excellent. Everyone seemed concerned to be sure what needed to be done was handled and done properly. I have already recommended them to multiple people.
