Jason was very easy to schedule and communicate with, has really reasonable rates, and most importantly did a very thorough and accurate inspection of our sewer line. I’ve worked with three companies who provide this service and would recommend Leak ID over the others every time.

Great experience with leak ID! Recently moved into my first home and discovered a leak in our main water line. Jason came out quickly despite a winter storm to identify the leak and also helped identify two interior plumbing issues for me. Amazing professional service.

Jason generously helped me in multiple phone calls to determine the problem was not a leak. Grateful for his willingness to hold time for me in case there was a problem and talk out the issue from his knowledge. Bills showed x4 usage for the past 2 months and increasing. After we did suggested DIY tests, PGH2O swapped out the old meter. Jason, still by phone, helped me see the needle behaving accurately on the new meter, and he did not need to make a service call. Very grateful.

After 2 other plumbers that don’t listen to what you need so they get a service call fee, I was finally given Leak ID’s name and contact #. Having dug our own 6 holes and made the property look like a prehistoric mole lives in my yard, he came on time and would not leave until he resolved finding our septic!! Jason came in to diagnose a problem with my sewer line when our regular plumber noticed an issue with a previous repair. He found and confirmed the issue even though it was a difficult spot to access and took several attempts. I really appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism. He’s also a pleasant person to be around, which is nice when having someone inside your home. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jason was able to come to my home within 16 hours of my call. He was persistent in his pursuit of finding my pin hole leak. He explained and demonstrated the equipment used. Even called a plumber for me! Jason was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had been through a massive water issue and thought the whole ordeal was nearly done when another leak had presented. Jason made time in an otherwise hectic day for himself, the business, and his family to come and help me find the source of the leak. When a homeowner has an underground plumbing leak, it is very worrisome. How bad is it? Is there any damage to the house? Should I have the water shut off? And WHO do I call?
Our leak was noticed the day before Thanksgiving. There isn't any time to get quotes or call around for referrals. To my surprise, I was able to reach Jason with Leak ID that Friday over the holiday weekend.
Jason was out on Monday and did a full inspection of not only the service line and leak, but also the main line in the house and made recommendations to bring our older house up to code. I was at my wit's end with a rental property. Had a persistent water issue around a kitchen door despite various attempts to fix. Had various contractors and restoration specialists tell me to replace siding, roofing, storm door etc. Before shelling out that much money I found Leak ID online. Jason was extremely helpful on the phone and was willing to come to my property in Beaver County despite the distance and the fact that it was just a residential leak. He was just as helpful in person and was very methodical in his approach. I wouldn't have thought to test all the things he tried. In the end it ended up being a faulty sidelight in the door letting a stream of water in anytime it rained hard. Easy to fix. Saved me tens of thousands that wouldn't even have fixed the leak. Worth paying a premium for this detection service!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this man—he saved us! We have a very long water line, and there was a tiny leak…just .08 that was almost doubling our water bill. It was small, but causing a huge problem.

Jason was able to quickly and accurately locate the position of a leak on our main waterline when the Water company could not find it and was threatening to shut off water service. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I was able to fix the leak the next day by digging directly where Jason marked out.

I would absolutely recommend Leak ID for any leak detection needs, and I will certainly call again in the future, if the need should arise.
