Chris came out to install two hose connections. He was excellent. Showed up when he said he would, got the work done in a timely fashion. Kept all he work looking tidy and professional. Was even able to handle a few hiccups that popped up in the middle of getting the job done without issue. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Chris is great! I own a business and he is always willing to get to my office within a few hours to make sure my facilities are up and running (even if it is bright and early at 7am!) He is also honest, has done many jobs for me and once (only once) he did not the right equipment available to do the job. He not only let me know that, where others might have said they fixed it and charged me anyway but he also helped me find someone who could fix it for me! Talk about true customer service and it is always done with a friendly smile!

Chris went out of his way to help me when over hearing my issue at a plumbing supply store! I broke my tank lid for my toilet and replacing them can be pricy and he offered me an extra he had at his shop for FREE!! Had an issue with my kitchen faucet, was able to schedule Chris promptly to come out a replace. Chris kept me informed of his schedule and texted me ahead of time to let me know when he’d be here.

The job was more in-depth than expected due to the nature of the issue with the old faucet, but Chris was able to complete the job at a very fair price for the work done. He also spent the time to ensure everything was clean and expectations were met.

Chris is AWESOME. This is my second time using him. The first time was when I initially moved into my home. I called Chris and he showed up that same day, and solved the problem. Today I had my hot water tank replaced. I contacted Chris and he fit me into his schedule quickly. He respected my home and did an amazing job. He used top of the line products and ensured everything was working before he even thought about walking out the door. Price was reasonable, quality work was done, and Chris was beyond professional. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I don't leave a lot of reviews. When I do, there's a good reason. Here's a good reason: Chris at All-Pro Pittsburgh Backflow is the real deal. Great guy, professional service — exactly what (and who) I was looking for at the right time. He's a great communicator, and he's honest. I hired him to test our Backflow system at our residence, and he completed the job and went above and beyond to make sure the proper paperwork was filed. I would recommend Chris to anyone, and I won't hesitate to call him in the future for this service or for anything else that comes up.

Job 1: The 1st floor bathroom sink started clogging then leaking, resulting in secondary water damage on the basement ceiling below it. Chris advised us to cut behind the bathroom wall ourselves to save on costs. We took his advice and then he assessed the damage to determine our options and give us an estimate. For our chosen solution, he replaced the corroded pipes and took several steps to ensure proper installation, cut through the cast iron main stack and replaced it with PVC, removed two unused cleanouts that were protruding from the wall-- all within a few hours and with a positive attitude throughout (friendly, professional, cool composure). We have not had a problem since, and for the amount/type of work required, we found his pricing to be both affordable and within our budget.

Job 2: Some sociopath used electrical tape to connect two pipes together that had previously been frozen over and detached. For Chris, it was a simple, swift, and handsome repair job.

Chris was very nice. Did a good job. Wasn’t able to fix the problem, it was more complicated. He did recommend someone though. Would definitely use him again.
