I had a great experience with Ok Rotor Drain. They were very professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose the problem and was able to quickly solve it by replacing my hot water heater. They were able to install the new hot water heater on a holiday which was impressive. They had to reschedule the original appointment for the next day and installed the water heater 2 days later. I highly recommend this company with any of my plumbing needs.

The technician came to my home because of a break in a water line in the garage. He was fantastic he came to my home made all of the repairs and on top of that the drywall he had to tear down he stayed after everything was completed and cleaned up afterwards. He is a fantastic asset to your company.

Orlando came out and was kind and very professional. There was a major clog in my main line that he took care of. I would highly recommend him and the company. If i ever have another issues. I will be calling them.

Positive experience. We were told between 12-5p.m. No call, no show. 6 p.m. get a call saying they can be there in an hour or reschedule for tomorrow. They showed up and diagnosed as described in the call. Professional and courteous even though they were working past business hours to honor their commitments. So far, 4.6 stars. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND during this difficult time with our Home Warranty Service. Despite those difficulties, this company kept their promise to ensure our water heater would be installed ASAP. They came well into the night, had it up and running in no time. The crew was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend giving them a call. I will be using them again in the future!

Orlando was assigned to us by our home warranty company. After they refused to support our claim, we hired Ok Rotor directly to solve our problem. He clearly described our issues and was able to repair everything the next day. We cancelled our home warranty and will go directly to Orlando and OK Rotor with future plumbing problems

Had an emergency sewer back up in the driveway at like 8pm. Couldn't get it going ourselves. Desperately searching for a plumber and came access OK Rotor Drain Cleaning by luck. Called and he came out immediately as soon as he could and got the job done fast!! Very happy with the results and gave me peace of mind! Also very very reasonable pricing wise for an emergency call. Very quick response to our clogged drain, and a thorough assessment of the issue with total transparency. I also appreciated the fact that they cleaned up very well after having resolved the drain, not typical in my previous experience. We’ll definitely be calling them should we have any other issues.

One of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Orlando was incredibly responsible and communicated / scheduled very well. He accommodated our busy schedule and installed a hot water heater at 7:30pm on Sunday night. Tank is still filling, but all indications are that this was high quality work at a very fair price. He will be my first call if I ever find myself in this situation again.

I placed a request with my Home Warranty company and this is the company that was assigned my work order and so happy that was the case. I got a call from the admin Anna within the same hour of placing the request mind you on a Sunday morning and provided me with next day availability. Since I had to go into the office she was able to make sure that I would receive a call 30min prior to arrival to make it home in time which I found very accommodating and worked great. Orlando was my technician and not only was he respectful to my home by taking his shoes off he was very knowledgeable and and polite he was able to explain to me in a way I could understand since pluming isn’t my wheelhouse what was causing my plumbing issue. This issue with the same pipe was now the 3rd time and even though my home warranty company has been refusing to cover me getting the entire line replaced we are talking about opening up walls now 3 separate times he made sure that when he talked to his office that they would advocate on my behalf with AHS to finally have this entire cold water copper line replaced. The work performed previously was not by this company but really thankful that my work order was assigned to Ok Rotor Drain Cleaning INC. My entire line was replaced and he made sure he took care off the hot water line as well to avoid having to open up our wall no time soon again possibly never. With old homes unfortunately we often run into the pin needle holes with our copper lines. Orlando was well aware of issues with an older home which made me feel heard and seen at the same time. He worked very efficiently and completed the work in a respectful and timely manner. Thank you Anna and Orlando for making my 1st experience so remarkable.

The Team at Ok Rotor Drain Cleaning Pittsburgh were a pleasure to work with. They assisted me with a Home Warranty claim through American Home Shield. They diagnosed that my hot water tank was faulty. Once the claim was approved by AHS their excellent customer service team scheduled an appointment and they replaced it with a new unit in just over an hour. I highly recommend this company for any of your hot water tank needs!

Orlando is amazing and did a great job on our repair. After our home warranty company initially set us up with a scam plumbing company (based on others reviews), we asked for a second opinion and we selected OK rotor cleaning. He came on time and whereas the other company tried pin at least $1200 in out of pocket fees for two people, 3-4 hours, Orlando was able to complete the repair within our covered policy in under two hours. Very professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone. If you are in the same position as us, take the second opinion!!
