Good people that would never take advantage like most companies. They try to fix the problem without giving new ones just to make a buck. Absolutely suggest them great people

We called them for a water leak in our basement. The plumber, John came out the next day and found the leak upstairs. He did a great job! You could tell he knew what he was doing. Very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great for any job you need, we've used them for plumbing and running a gas line for our grill. They are always friendly, a great price, came out quickly and cleaned up to the point that they put the rest of my just moved-in basement to shame. 😂

Disappointed.
I had Bob himself come out to do a job before and was pleased with his work for that job so I hired his team for a larger job. In the future, I would use a plumber that does the work himself.
The crew that did the job this time didn't work on my house as if it were their house. I was reassured that the flow rate with pex will be at least as good as before pex and I don't need to go to a larger diameter pipe.
In reality, the flow rate was worse and the other noticeable problem was the decrease in the maximum water temperature in the winter which is probably a direct result from the decrease in flow rate and the thermostatic valve compensating.
I am posting this about a year after the work was completed as the hot water issue is readily apparent in the cold winter months. Prior to completion, I did test the flow rate and raised that concern again (as I did prior to starting the job), but at that point, the pipes are all installed, so what can you do ... Yes, I was right, or start over?
This has been an educational experience and a lesson in patience. To reiterate, either micro-manage or find another plumber. -
Very high bill for minor PVC pipe and fittings. "These things are not carried on our trucks". Well then, what is? $88 trip charge includes first 45 minutes but if you don't clock them in the time mysteriously becomes 50 minutes and labor goes to $132. How is that right? Phone calls only provided "Sorry you feel that way but that's the charge". Plenty of other honest plumbers around !
