After days of searching and calling around for a product to fix my plumbing issue, I found Penstan Supply, stopped in, and met with Pat. He listened to my problem, understood what I was trying to fix, and because he knows his products, he found a solution to my problem. Thank you, Pat, for providing me with excellent customer service and care for listening, understanding, and resolving my problem. You're definitely an asset to your employer. Keep up that level of excellence.

Very very very expensive. Do not use them, especially when they are used for a home warranty. They work very well with home warranties so the claim can be denied. Call GI PLUMBING instead. Not only will you save $$$$ you will get much better service.

Been without hot water since Friday 10-1. Still waiting on parts/tech to make repairs. Receptionist was extremely rude and contracted what the service tech told us. Forced to call them as they installed water heater 9-29-20 thru a home warranty service. Since it broke a year later it is still under warranty. Will never use them or recommend them

Cliff was great. I called at 12:30 and he was here by 2 to fix my garbage disposal back up. Would 100% call him again and very affordable with it begin such last minute. Cheaper and more knowledgable than any name brand place.

Cliff was friendly and obviously knowledgable about his craft. He got our pipes cleared out quickly, and gave us pointers on how to avoid the buildup that had blocked it in the first place. Great service! Cliff was able to schedule me right away and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable rate. He was also very knowledgeable and help solve a mystery with another plumbing problem I had that nobody else knew. This is a professional service that I will recommend to family and friends.

Cliff was very courteous and displayed great knowledge of his work. He took the time to explain the root cause of the problem and identified another issue and resolved in a timely manner. Without him identifying the hidden issue we would’ve had a more severe damage from a slow leak in our upstairs bathroom. Definitely recommend to anyone. True to the name Anytime, Cliff is very responsive and prompt. He is highly knowledgeable and has worked on a variety of jobs for us including pipes, dishwasher, bathtub, etc. He takes pride in his quality of work and it shows.
