Horrible experience! Called probably 30 times over a 3 week period and talked to someone 4 times. I was trying to get my hot water tank fixed (it did have to go through my rental agency as well) and the plumber was unprofessional, rude, and poor work. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

We found this company through our home warranty company. When they called to tell me a technician would be out to diagnose the problem, I was given a time frame of 12-5. I ended up calling at 4:30 because I hadn’t heard anything and it was getting late. The tech was stuck at another job, which didn’t bother me at all, there was just no communication. He got here around 6:30, diagnosed quickly and they called the following day to fix the problem. He was in and out quickly, got the job done well and even cleaned up after himself! We’d go with this company again, just wished communication was better.

The company was sent through our warranty company. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. I then had to pay the deductible and the technician wouldn’t accept a debit card because they didn’t want to be assessed the fees for $65. The technician said he could only accept cash. I replied no problem but requested a receipt. The technician said he didn’t have a receipt book to supply a receipt. The technician then said nevermind and he would get the deductible the next day. I called the next day to see when he would return and he refused to return because he said I refused to pay the deductible which is a complete lie. Guess what I have the entire conversation recorded thanks to my security cameras. Completely unprofessional

The technician was very thorough in ensuring that the job was done to superb expectations and advised on the upkeep and maintenance of the new toilet that was installed. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I had a home warranty plumbing issue and OK Rotor Drain Cleaning was assigned to my claim. Their dispatcher contacted me immediately and set up a time and date for the repair. The plumber showed up on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. When he finished, he cleaned up his work area like it was his own home. I will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Very helpful, explained work being done and issue. Came same day and cleared the issue we had with our garbage disposal and sink backing up. Found the problem, even left to get more supplies and came back same day to fix the problem. Very nice, very communicative. Highly recommended .
